In terms of raw power, yes. (As long as MS meets that target, and from past promises from MS, history shows that they generally fail to deliver on said promises.)

I think the problem is more that XBOX uses that slogan, but they don't have very many games, especially compared to last gen, and most of the games that are releasing tend to be the same few franchises they pump out over and over again, almost never investing in new IPs.
