I own all three 8th Gen consoles and for me XB1 is the Console of the year. Better and more AAA titles (not including Remasters), Better remasters (For what its worth. Indies don't interest me but give me ORI and the blind forest over I am Bread and Rocket league anyday.
The only game on Ps4 that got my interest this year was Until Dawn, a very good interactive movie.
Wii U had some really fun stuff this year as well. Comes in a Solid second place for me

Don't like and don't play Metal Solid games so cant comment on that but I agree with Battlefront. Game is fun but there just isn't enough content.
As for Halo 5. Campaign was good, not great but Multiplayer is fire in my opinion
I was not Comparing the Order to a specific Gears game but the franchise as a whole. Like I said in my comment, The Order fell victim to its own hype. I certainly wasn't comparing it to a remaster.

Cinematic? Is that Code for Black lines to compress the image and endless cutscenes and QTE's? The game was hyped as the "Gears Killer" right through out Social Media and on many Gaming Media outlets heading into the release of the game.
Wii U is a solid second Console for me, behind XB1 and in front of PS4. looking forward to many games on Wii U next year. Starfox most of all
My Most disappointing game of 2015 was The Order 1886. This game was hyped as the 'Gears Killer' and to be frank the game doesn't deserve to be in the same conversation as Gears of War.
It definitely fell victim to its own hype.

I disagree. A "game" that has minimal gameplay and is basically an interactive movie should not be game of the year. Same goes for "games" like Life is strange and Telltale games. None of these should be considered for GotY as they have minimal gaming aspects.

The Order seems to be getting some love from people who obviously missed the low res textures scattered through out the game and the blur effects throughout the entire game but the character models are very good tho. Shame they had to sacrifice small things like gameplay and Multiplayer to achieve it. Rant over
All I want is Uncharted. Not interested in Japanese school girls sex fantasy games or Indies or SFV. Sure as shit not interested in VR. Ps4 has been dry for me this Gen but I got one anyways
