I honestly think there is no way to stop these guys to come up with a custom firmware that will enable the newer games to run on firmware 3.55 and above.
The only thing I want is that SONY secures online play and somehow are able to stop custom firmware consoles to log in on PSN.
Also, the article seems a bit "doomsday" has come. Publishers wont runaway from the PS3 like they say. The Wii and X360 are also "easy" to hack and publishers still suppor...

Even though I might get shot down by saying this, I cant wait for this game! I liked MW2 even though people just bash its multiplyer, till this day, I find it very entertaining. Black Ops didnt do it for me although its Single Player was awesome.

The problem with this is that hackers cant keep it in their pants! This is was a bragging contest on who could crack the PS3. If they want to get more out of their consoles, then they should keep it to themselves. I see no problem with that.

Dead Space 2 is the game of the month for me!!
Mass Effect 2 demo put me off the game. Im ashamed of that, really. Everyone praises the game and is considered last year´s GOTY. But the demo was so underwhelming it put me off the game. I´ll wait a couple of months for a price drop and then I´ll give it a shot.
Reviewing a game like LBP is like reviewing a MMO. The possibility for extra content is huge! But add the user generated content and this game will blow away everyoné expectations! I dont really see how they got to this score, they seem to like the game very much. One of the cons is "Requires some investment"???!!! lol! These guys havent played RPGs, have they?!
Hum... you guys realized that this is just an effect and not really this guys skeleton, right?!
They just upload a predefined skeleton model on to PC and use Kinect motion technology to insert it the image. This as no use besides game or a laugh effect. This isnt doing any king of X-ray vision, ok!

Im kidding! I dont think this applies to X360 only. There isnt a videogame console system anymore. They are all ENTERTAINMENT systems. They do far more that just play videogames.
