The PS2 had some great legs. I think that SONY could of done much more with the PS2 after the PS3 release. If they released MOVE for the PS2 back in the days and stayed with the hardcore with the PS3 and the casuals with the PS2, the WII wouldnt be relevant right now. I dont doubt the capacities of the consoles, Uncharted and Killzone are graphics powerhouses but this trailer is way up there in terms of visuals. If its X360 ingame footage why cant we see some spells being cast? Why no button prompts displayed solidyfying bethesda´s claim of it being X360 footage.

To me, thats a not-buy argument. I always said that the games length isnt a problem for me because Im more interested in the ride itself. If the story is good and the gameplay too, I dont mind if the game is short. However, not even a closure moment for the story in order to provide a sequel or some DLC?!? Count me out Epic. Im from Portugal and I know some people that have bought a WII and its just sitting there in the living room. They bought a game with it, modded it to play illegal copies and now only collects dust except on anniversaries and other festive activities. ;)

Because people and the general media sees videogames as kids stuff. Thats why people look at us gamers as men that never grow up. Still, it cracks me up when I see their kids, aged 12, "renting" women on GTA4. Even when I tell them the games violent setting, they say: "its just a videogame".
Though I agree with you, I bet you played the X360 version because the PS3 version is a serious case of unfinished and rushed product.

I actually thought this was a given. There were countless articles pointing this out. Something about 70% of LIVE traffic being Call of Duty games. Though guesses were made around 5$ per subscription for Activision in exchange for the DLC deal.
Well, he could of replayed some of the levels and shaved a few minutes from it. Still, the total time amounts to 4 and half hours but we got to count the time he died and replayed sections of the game in order to reach the next checkpoint.
