It's always happened too. No obvious reason.I think there's some tax thing that they have to deal with.
Besides, I bought a 160G PS3 and I'm gonna get a 500G Hdd to use with it for less than buying the 320G one. Problem solved.
If the US equivalent of the Japanese release price is $300, this seems unreasonable to say the least. That would mean we'd be paying almost $500. There's no way this would happen and there's no chance in hell that this will be the price it comes out at over here. Anywhere between £150 and £200 seems almost reasonable to me.
The lack of any real narrative was one of the reasons I gave Civ V a poor score in my review of it. That and the fact that it came out and ran so badly on my PC that it was unplayable...
Definitely agree there. I didn't enjoy Limbo. I bought Super Meat Boy TWICE it was so good.
Also, all the Wii awards are Nintendo franchises. Or in other words, the only great games on the Wii.

Minecraft stole about three weeks of my life when I bought it. Brilliant game. It's been neglected recently due to workload unfortunately.
The main reason I disagree with you is simply the fact that the Kinect works better as a utility than the Wii ever did. The main reason my Wii never got used after around 6 months was the lack of support for the games I liked and the fact that I couldn't really use it for anything else but the crap that I didn't want to play. There's a bunch of things that could become common use for Kinect buyers.
One being the video chat function straight from your console which...
I'm still shocked that a game could be launched with this many issues. Most of them are quite obvious too. I really don't see how it managed to pass QA..
Despite this, it seems as though everyone's just putting up with the glitches and bugs and is still enjoying it.
It's just someone playing Minecraft through remote viewing software... Meh.
Approved. Also, stuck my Gamejudgment report up on there. I was updating every so often until I needed sleep. Donated my $5 too. Great to see what we gamers can do if we try.
I wasn't that keen on the music genre until I played DJ Hero 1. Then I started loving it. That's why I got the sequel. They definitely did an even better job this time around.
I'm kinda tempted by this game. Might check the demo too. The last Need for Speed game I played was Carbon which while I did enjoy, just got a bit dull by the end of the game. It's nice to see Criterion taking this franchise for a spin.
I've never been able to sit through much more than the opening of a Bethesda game so I'm not picking this up. Not my sort of game.
I played Halo at the age of about 9. I played Unreal Tournament at around 7. I Played Sonic and Tetris at about 2 or 3. The way my parents always handled violent games with me when I was young was always quite negative. When I played Unreal, my dad watched over my shoulder and suggested that I stop when he saw some of the gore. He played through Halo first before he'd let me play it. After that I started getting free reign over what games I played. I've managed so far without killing ...
3 new multiplayer maps in ODST? You got ALL of the multiplayer maps. It was essentially a game of the year edition. You got all the DLC in one package and a NEW campaign to play through. AND firefight. Which easily made up for the "short" campaign. It makes perfect sense that MICROSOFT decided to push it out as a full priced title. People really need to stop whining about that. There was a hell of a lot of content in that box. I went and found all 30 of the hidden terminals and fini...
I agree that it's likley that Nintendo will not release the 3DS for $300. The question being asked is is it worth that much. The majority is saying no. I assume you agree?
$79.95, $149.99, $149.99, $130, $169.99 according to various sources. The original Gameboy was $89.95 I believe. It's about $100 more than I would have expected from them, considering the pattern. But considering what's actually in the thing I think it makes sense. I can't help but feel like it's the combination of the success of the PSP (I say 'success', it's done quite well in Japan.) and iPod Touch that's made Nintendo go for a higher price. I don't see ...
I agree with that. Still wouldn't say it was overpriced though.
Aaaaaaahhhhwwwwwsssosooooommme eee...
So much win right there. Cannot wait.
Australia ALWAYS gets screwed over on the price of anything gaming. I mentioned the UK getting screwed earlier but compared to what Australia gets done to them it's gentle foreplay. While Australia gets brutal ass-rape in a back alley full of spikes..
Which is so very very dumb when the USD is practically the same exchange rate as the AUD.
Of course none of it is confirmed yet still. There's always a chance that Nintendo won't try and mug the con...
