I don't think Sony will allow MSFT to enforce Pirating control that would allow developers to favor Xbox over PlayStation. Expect something very close if not the same. I think the difference here is which company had the bigger balls to come out with it and was more secure with market strength to take the major hit! because of change. I bet deals were made with developers over this for both companies

My prediction is now that MSFT got the hard stuff out of the way, they will blow people away at E3 with games and more details on the Xbox One hardware specs.
Only One rumor about the Xbox One's Kinect spying and sending info with no settings to turn it off, no used games, used game fees for consumers (on and on) was true out of all of them, expect the same in regards to the XB1 hardware specs.
Also expect Sony to not allow devs to chose Xbox over Plays...

This game is going to be Ace. I read this uses MSFT's Azura cloud tech. I'll guess this game's worlds/tracks will become living breathing worlds with dynamic environments like unmatched crowds, effects background dynamic weather. All the Xbox would have to do is handle the visuals of the weather.
Forza 4 is one of my favorite games of this generation.
Actually it has more to do with what tech MSFT was offering them that helped them realize their vision and having such a small team was the driving force behind the decision. They said the game isn't possible on any local hardware on any console platform now or next gen.
