and what an unlimited budget as well? I didn't realize you were an expert in game development and the business surrounding it. you love to talk shit but you don't know shit. What kind of miserable existence do you parade around on this site complaining and moaning about every little thing, god i would hate to be a bitch like you.
Who actually cares? When is the last time a good scrolls or fallout game was published? Do the people who made the good ones even work there any more (tahd doesn't count)?
A brand isn't a diamond that retains value passed around; only as good as the talent behind it. No good reason to believe in anything coming from these guys any more, and with MS at the helm, more inclined to believe we will receive a shuddering live service "elder fallout of thieves".
Switch has a pile of games (not including the many first party Nintendo games, not to my taste). Even just Monolith and Platinum developing exclusives for it make it noteworthy for medium enthusiasts, or just fans of the genres said devs helped define. Then you got your monster hunters, your Otctopaths, Deadly Premonitions, Bravely and NMH.
Very excited to hear from the all proud consumers™ lined up to tell me why FE3H/Xenoblade/Astral/Shin Megami/Bayonetta etc aren't a...
Unlikely the games the author lists (the Witcher 3, the entire Mass Effect trilogy, Dragon Age, Halo, Gears of War, Fallout: New Vegas, Dead Space, Destiny 2) would be published in the first place if they were to launch as game pass exclusives. The greatest thing for anything is proportional compensation.
Is it gross that the patent "effectively makes exclusive to WB Games the concept of…a player-avatar’s interaction with an NPC affecting the parameters of a second NPC"? Gross WB has attained "exclusive rights to a system which on its face appears to describe most games on the market today"? And they did it to "profit off its licensure or exclusivity at a later time"?
It seems this way doesn't it? How do you possibly copyright a mechanic any more than a genre of literature or movie trope? How would infringement even be demonstrated?
If it was possible it would definitely be bad for the medium though.
No. Despite technical issues (which personally never encountered on ps4 or 5 aside from a few crashes) and the generic combat, Cyberpunk is one of the best games of the gen.
If "one shot is going to put you down", regen or not makes no difference. If regaining health is required, to my experience consumable items just add an extra layer of tedium. You are given a limited number of mistakes and have to exit the loop to repeat it. Instead of just staying in the loop and repeating it.
Why can't strategic thinking and difficulty be designed around regenerating health? Mass Effect and Gears could be plenty difficult, required real-time...
Hope so too! We are looking forward to Avowed. Even the Medium looks interesting. Its cool what they did with Gears Tactics too. These all just feel like sidenotes to the main MS show (of cloned games and sub offerings).

I did not notice a single video game 0/10

Where's that crowd that boycotts stuff cuz Chinese money? Wonder if this is cool with them or what the hierarchy of nefarious investors looks like.
A tram. A trolley. Perhaps a wagon.

Yeah man. Gross is putting it mildly.

Fantastic game, it'll be even cooler with full voice work. Thanks for the article.
Though the more restricted scope of 2 appealed to us more, this makes sense in many ways.
