agree with Glad to be a gamer again.No need to be stuck with one console.I f you can get the 360 go for it.hardware is much better now and the back catalogue of games is fantastic.
mass effect just completed it for the 3rd time and its my best game this generation
i agree with glad to be a gamer.i dont care about future releases, i care about now.And as of now my 360 has paid for it's self by delivering great great games.
I am still buying games from 07,hence my purchase of Assassind Creed two weeks ago.I am a gamer and will buy the PS3 later when the library of games will be great,and hopefully the price would have been slashed to 250pounds by then.

Very true.because if casual gamers care about software like hardcore gamers then the 360 software sales should have gone up by 40% as well.,but it did't.
Which means they just got the console and nothing else,or got the bundled deals that were advertised from major retailers.
Me i am a hardcore gamer and will get a PS3 the day GT5 drops
you are a hardcore gamer.casual gamers don't care about Gears,MGS4 or GT5.
They just want something to entertain them for a while.If not true then the wii would not have been a success.
Halo3 sold to more hardcore gamers and so will MGS4,but the casual gamers care more about price than software.They will buy games in a store just because the package looks good and the story at the back looks interesting.
3 of my mates at work just got the 360 on sunday due to the price cut,and they aint really gamers.had to persuade them hard not to get the arcade and go for the pro.2 where convinced 1 wasn't.
We will just have to wait for another 2 weeks to see if the price cut will help them penetrate the casual market.
i agree vgchartz are not accurate,but if you don't like them then ignore the story it is very simple.
if this game dosent pull them out then i don't know what will.It has the name and it's technically impressive.Hopefully it will have good gameplay and a good story as well.

i am quite confused by the Devil May cry numbers because Capcom over 2 weeks ago stated that it had sold 2 million world wide.VG pegs north american sales at 1million and NPD pegs it at around half that.
We all know it didnt sell up to 600 thousand in 2 weeks in japan and it didnt do a million in europe.
So who is wrong,VG,Capcom or NPD?

the same question i was asking myself until i saw that price of 150pounds.Those that are still waiting to upgrade from last gen to the current gen are the ones that will buy the arcade.They can delve into the back catalog of games and also buy GTA4.
I don't like the arcade but at 150pounds i am actually considering buying it for my nephews 18th bday on the 30th of april with a copy of GTA4.

with this game lunching towards the end of the year along with Infinite Undiscovery, it will hopefully have a bigger impact on 360 sales in Japan.
This is way cheaper than i expected.i expected 170,210 and 270 for the respective skews.Sales will definately surge but by how much is something we just have to wait and see.
The pro at 189 is just too much of a bargain.Sony might just have to respond before GTA4's release
