A month and a half to go.By the time it's released,i should have hopefully completed the main story of GTA4.

i agree and disagree with you.The animation looks stiff but don't forget they are humans with cybernetic implants so their movement is not as fluid .
secondly watch trailers from gametrailers without that horrible theme music playing in the background and you will see how the sound effects of the bullets/swords striking the metal of the robots will make a huge difference.

if they make a breakaway style controller which i see them doing and the hardware problems get sorted,then i see the 360 having much better appeal in the future.

spider man 3 and pirates of the caribean 3 where supposed to be the biggest movies of last year.After watching them at the cinema, i felt rubbed.But compare them to the blockbuster games of last year and you can see why people are moving towards games.
i have heard alot of people say that true 1080p can only be displayed on a screen from 37inches upwards.Last year christmas there was an article posted about an Asus 32 inches 1080p lcd,but alot of people rubbished the 1080p signal.
i use a 32 inches lg lcd that displays 1080i/720p but accepts 1080p signals from blue-ray players.

i am one of the lucky few that have enjoyed my 360 for 2 years and 4 months without a problem.I wish others had the same luck that i have had but unfortunately the console was poorly designed.
One thing is that they seem to be addressing the issue sloooowly but they are addressing it.As for cooling,the falcon equipped 360's have a different heat sink to the original versions and the Jasper will have a bigger one as well.

Jasper is going to have a 65-nanometer graphics chip from ATI Technologies, as well as smaller memory chips.
Falcon board has the same old 90-nm graphics chip on it. And many have pointed out that the big heat problem in the Xbox 360 is due to the graphics chip. The Falcon board will likely give off less heat. But the real serious heat saver looks like it will come with Jasper.
I understand where the author is coming from but his views have a few flaws.The jasper should be released during the summer and it might get rid of the RROD problem,but won't be sure until a few months after it's release.
Company's like Microsoft are massive with huge Research and development facilities.if they stumble on to something that believe will move the game on for them,then no harm done.

it looks great.Played the original again today after 5 months,and damn the game is fantastic.can't even begin to imagine how great the sequel will be.

remember that fake prototype motion controller posted on the internet a few months ago for the 360,that looked like a standard controller but can detach from the middle for motion controlls.
Well if it posesses such functionality then i am sold.because if you hate motion controlls you simply plug the seperate units in place to create the standard controller.

i actually said the same thing a couple of weeks ago and i got 10 disagrees.If the DLC is as big as some people claim it will be, then expect microsoft to start readvertising the game again once it is available on xbox live marketplace.
They will get a few extra copies sold and they will make loads of money of the DLC.This might be their strategy.If it works well we will just have to wait and see.
