They are an inspiration to us all.
That has to be the worst pun I've ever read.
Wait Defiance as in that show coming on Scy Fy? I remember seeing a preview and at the end it mentioned a game, but never heard about it and never thought it would be good, what kind of game is this?
Yes
Go on...
How does the rapid aging thing work for Big Boss's clones? Its been awhile since I played the games, but the clones (except for Solidus who looked old in MGS2, was he cloned as a full formed adult?) All looked around the age you'd think they'd be in if they were born in early 70's, with Snake only looking peculiarly old in mgs4.
So do the clones grow normally for 30yrs and then rapidly age? Or have they been aging fast since birth? If its the latter I can see ...
This comment reminded me of this lol
The stuff we've seen so far supposedly run a PC that is specced similarly to a PS3. But I can't believe that it'll look that good on current Gen consoles, I mean they're good machines, I've seen some beautiful games on both PS3 and 360, but I just refuse to believe MGS V will run on them with the same visual fidelity we saw of it today.
If in the coming months it turns out to be true, than The Fox Engine is something to be in awe of.
Don't understand them saying their new console has more features than their previous is sad.
I can't fathom how much you'd have to hate Nintendo and hope they fail to see this as "Oh, pathetic Nintendo, showing the consumers how many new features are in your new console that weren't in the last one, can you stoop any lower." Because that's totally not what every developer wants to get across to their audience, that their new product is superior to t...
Totally forgot the Japanese Snake is reprising his role as Big Boss. My theory is that Kojima is making a MGS in a different style, a more serious game, and in truth, despite me loving Hayters voice, it really is cheesy as hell.
Not happy about the change, but there was a reason for it, Kojima just wasn't sitting in his house thinking "You know what? F#ck Hayter, I'm recasting Big Boss."
@ducky
And during that encounter, were they both voiced by Hayter? No
We shall alert Kojima of your current predicament and Im sure he'll put it on PS4 just for you, since your special.
I'm curious as to how it'll look on Xbox. The game looks to powerful to run on a PS3, let alone the Xbox. Not saying Kojima is lying, I'm just flabbergasted he could make such a beautiful engine run on such old hardware.
I have no idea what the f*ck was going on, but I like it.
What made MM's atmosphere so amazing was the fact that it looked like a regular Zelda game, bright and zany, yet it had pockets of really disturbing and depressing themes, and when you merge those it feels psychotic. It could go from happy cute things to something totally macabre and still feel genuine.
Easily one of the drawbacks of Twilight Princess, whole world is dark and depressing, which made the cute, crazy creatures and scenes not fit and made the whole game feel ...
Wasn't this announced like mid November when the Doctors left. Nothing new about it was said about it at PAX, just saying they're working on it.
Its actually worse when you point out how new those series are and they've already got so many games (well relative to their age, Killzone doesn't actually count on this one, they've spaced the games out well). Yeah there are a lot of Zelda and Mario games, but they've been around for over 25yrs.
That's because that's Link, Zelda's the princess :D
*Bad joke is bad*
I thought the whole reason they started making WW HD was because it was similar to the style they wanted for the next game and practice with its assets, and after awhile just decided to completely remake it and release it to the public in the mean time.
That's what I got from the Nintendo video reveal at least.
Never got the chance to play MGS 3 Til I got the hd edition last year, Game was simply amazing, even after having 8-9 yrs to age.
