PS4 has the GPU and RAM advantage.
Xbox One has the CPU advantage.(very very slight)
PS4's CPU clock speeds haven't been officially confirmed yet though. GPU is much more important in video games. If you want proof of that just take a look at how many Xbox 360 games outperformed their PS3 counterparts.(360 had the beefier GPU but weaker CPU)

PS4s GPU has 40% more power. That is a 100% a FACT.
How that will translate into actual game performance is yet to be seen. We haven't really seen next-gen games running on final code on either console.
Multiplatform titles will look better on PS4. That's just a fact. If you can't accept that you are delusional. Numbers don't lie. As of right now that is all we have, NUMBERS.
