Modern Warfare 3 released in this weeks chart. There was a bundle. It boosted 360 numbers a ton.
Go look at the numbers for any other day of the year(except for Gears 3 release) and PS3 has the 360 beat WORLDWIDE.
WE are not having these issues. Maybe YOU are but WE, the majority, aren't. All these "framerate and freezing" issues have never happened to me. Am I that lucky? Not having any of these connection problems you're mentioning either. Man, you're really unlucky.
My PS3 internet browser on the on the other hand....crashes my PS3.

Not sure you know this but there are MILLIONS of people are buying COD for the FIRST TIME every year. Its not only the same people over and over again.
But it was out in "beta testing". People were basically buying a beta.
Current-gen consoles aren't capable of displaying much better graphics at 60FPS.
30FPS is great for slow gameplay like BF3 but for a COD game it would ruin the game.
