Just look at Fallout 3 and New Vegas. It had the same problems and it was never fixed.
I think trolling is the least of your problems.
In a few years handhelds will have the power of consoles anyway so I think Nintendo is at an advantage in that department since they have so much experience and brand recognition.
I can see them being the 1st to make the 1st handheld/console hybrid.
