They couldn't even if they wanted to.
Well they do get some huge profits from arcades in Japan but that's still not enough to launch and sustain a console in all markets. Maybe if they launched in japan first and wait see how that goes?
What is so confusing about the PS3 in the US?
Xbox 360 gets the most marketing by the gigantic Microsoft corporation so it sells more. It's not that complicated.
Xbox 360 fanboys need something to do while waiting for Halo 4, the only exclusive coming out this year.
That's not a lot. Uncharted is not milked. They release a game every 2 years for their trilogy.
The only spin off so far is Golden Abyss for Vita.
I would hardly call that milked. I wouldn't call Uncharted or God of War "dry" either. It's not like all those games you listed are for PS3. Only 1 of those is. The Collections are just that, ports of the PSP games. If you ever played any of the games you listed you'd know they are are gre...
The guy is obviously extremely obsessed with Final Fantasy. He trolls it at every chance he gets.
This one came out 2010.
I'm pretty happy with my MW3 collector's edition. I'm probably not planning on buying this years COD so getting all that DLC for a huge discount is a huge plus.
Probably working on Medal of Honor 2012.
Don't put COD and Skyrim in the same category. There is nothing in any COD game that makes it unplayable like that Skryim lag.
I love how in MW3 if your bullet connects to an enemy there's a distinct sound. Was that in MW2 as well?
That easter egg in Gears 3 sounds really interesting. I think more games should include stuff like that.
Hardcore Mode says hi.
If you don't want perks and killstreaks there's a game mode for that. No need to ruin the game for everyone else just to satisfy some nostalgia.
Forget holiday sales. Look at worldwide sales. Both PS3 and Xbox 360 had record years. They're still growing.
"These rumors were based on "third-party publishing sources" claiming that Microsoft had signaled to partners that they would detail its next-gen plans at E3 2012."
They probably will behind closed doors.
anyway right now I'm excited for the Wii U. That tablet controller has a lot of potential.
Nope. PC has no generations so its impossible for it to be "next-gen". If someone was hiring for a game project they would say PC. Next-gen refers to video game consoles.
Of course they're working on a next-gen COD. By November 2013 we'll at least have 1 next-gen console from Sony or Microsoft. Games no doubt have been in development for at least a year from all major developers.
Nope.avi
$1000 a handheld killer it does not make.
I disagree. For a bug as game-breaking as this one it's not acceptable. Especially since the same bug was present in previous Bethesda PS3 games.
Look at Grand Theft Auto IV. The game is massive yet I've never seen any game-breaking bugs. I don't recall any bugs really......
They will all survive. All the big 3 aren't going out of business any time soon. The reason the Dreamcast failed was because SEGA didn't have the money to support a failing console. We've seen Nintendo fail with a console before with the Gamecube. But look, they're still in business! Sony and Microsoft are gigantic corporations that will keep making consoles as long as there is a demand for it.
The Vita is doooomed!
