There will be a bunch of free to play games on PS4.
PS3 is already showing signs of supporting these games, but limited RAM is a huge obstacle for many of these games.

The only thing this confirms is that Epic keeps pushing MS and Sony to get better and better specs.
You can bet the consoles will run Unreal Engine 4. Epic kinda depends on them to do so, and so do dozens of other developers who plan on using it to make their hundreds of games over the next-gen.

For example you can't play Golden Abyss or Escape Plan on it.
