Ya plus the fact that you get a launch title Drive Club as part of the membership and the indie games. MUCH better that AC II and Halo 3, lmfao.
Also, just a note here, but this is only for the PS4. You can still play online on PS3 for free. Pretty sure at least. The online plus requirement is PS4 only.
I have Live and Plus so this was no surprise to me. Since I am already a Plus member all it means is that I will continue to get awesome deals and free games to play compared to getting .. oh gee .. Halo 3 and Assassins Creed II ... lolz.

That remains to be seen, but I can tell you it aint looking good. Microsoft gave me no reason to upgrade my 360. Sony did quite a better job at making me consider a PS4.

Here's a possible scenario: Let's say that your XBONE is like 10 min from its 24 hour check-in and then the XBONE servers go down for maintenance for 4 hours. You try to log-in and cant play any games until the servers are back online since your timer expired and now you are "locked out" of your game library. Is this possible?
So ... I can give the game to a friend as a gift, but then the game has no more "uses" after he is done with it? So then he wouldn't be able to trade it in, correct? What does this mean if I am a Gamefly member and want to buy an XBOX ONE?
