Ahh childhood memories once again relived loinin palm ofor my hand on a train. One of the better games and even better sequels to have been developed.
Nothing but awesome.
After seeing this I'm quite keen to test out the Oculus Rift. I'm yet to get my hands on one.
Going to comment on this before anything: Posting this to invoke conversation not to attack HHG. Wanting to see others opinions on what he's said and having him linking negativity of this game towards racism.
How do you feel? Has he explained his opinion well enough? Don't want N4G to filter this thinking I'm attacking him seeing this as my other article that got posted about Dualshockers.
Anything else happy to reply to whoever comments!
Last bubble, so I'm going to hopefully try to clear some things before I can't comment anymore.
Sorry about the text posted as the description I obviously have NO power of who ever submits my sites stuff. Perhaps they could have chosen a better portion of the piece I don't know. I always see them posting the first paragraph or two.
Regarding the scores I've listed, I don't respect the 6.5 scores nor the 8.5 scores. I'm QUESTIONING Dua...
You guys are missing the point. Dualshockers posted 30 articles about The Oder: 1866 within the last 7 days most of them praising the game in various ways then score it a 8.5/10. It's a very odd article because there isn't any other site at the moment that has done the same as dualshockers. But the title relates to general reviews.
Why i can't trust other sites reviews especially with how dualshockers have approached it. Everyone already dislikes IGN's review...
That's the thing I'm not interested in it, and this review doesn't do anything but make me question DualShockers. 30 articles on the same game within 7 days and a good score. Tell me how that isn't the least bit biased.
Where did I say I trusted GameInformers review? Let's look at what i said:
"The only site that I know from the list that scored the game higher is GameInformer, who gave it a 78/100 which seems a little bit more respectable seeing as this is SONY’s first major exclusive for the year."
I said GI is the only site in that list I actually KNOW OF compared to the others who gave it a high score. So it's the only site I technically follow and tend...
This review isn't warning me about the game. It's effectively telling me it's the best thing since sliced bread.
I just find this type of stuff ugly. How the hell can you effectively and realistically review a game and give it an honest score when you've praised it in dozens of articles within 7 days?
I ain't buying the game because to start I had no interest in it and I still don't I'm more talking about reviews from other sties...
We called up multiple EB games and jb stores whoch sell consoles and controllers, and they told us they had been notified of a shortage of all colours as no store had more then 2 or 3 of each colour with some not having any.
They don't have anything on order in the system either. Apparently online stores though have stock but again, who knows. Obviously we can't post pictures of companies internal systems with the information.
I feel you man. Seeing it hands off last year was amazing but disappointing because it's been watched so many times. Finally a hands on with it for 4 hours was JUST what was needed to know, this game is still relevant and on its way!
I'm also on a 60 inch from afar I can't really pick a thing but every now and again I can see the hinderence of 720p visually, however 60fps is damn good.
I feel the weapons though are a tad OP like the SMG and BR
Wanted to play more of the beta then take screenshots haha. But alas the game still looks pretty decent and it runs so smooth like you said at 60fps.
Don't have the money to afford a respectable gaming pc. But Ryse for me wasn't a killer game I needed and now 9 months later to have this ed? Not interested.
Agree. This for me has nope nope nope all over it.
Personally more keen for Dying Light on the Xbox One and Ps4, but I can still give this a shot.
I'd probably call in sick to work just to go through the plethora of news if anything on this list got announced over the course of the day.
All fixed: Polygon source, oxcgn credit URL.
In saying that though GOW, that doesn't change the fact that the X1 dashboard just doesn't cut it as of the moment for navigation. Regardless of NAT setting's which is used as an example, there are other annoyances with navigating the dashboard.
It doesn't stop at NAT settings.
Plus just because I don't know how to do something doesn't mean it's too hard. It means that I need to spend more time learning it then I should have. <...
NAT settings it's just an example buddy. I've got countless friends who all have the same problem. They don't know how to easily get tot the settings page to change a specific setting or find out a piece of information.
They shouldn't have to ALWAYS use Kinect to take them there. Plus these aren't reviews, they're impressions based off of different peoples thoughts.
Notice there isn't a score anywhere ;)
Is it bad that I'm in the same boat as you. I get hassled to buy it but I'm interested. More keen for Helldivers, and other indie games than grabbing this. It's weird.
