I think they are jumping the ship because they knwo there is money involved.. and with sales of Halo 3 and GTA IV and such which have toppled even the biggest movie opening in the past decade..
It no surprise that movie companies want some share as well.
I don't get it ? They were stuck in the elevator for a few minutes then the zombie moved the trolley because it entered the elevator and that was that''
?? Am i missing something ?
Yeap to many games = no money left for anything else for me :(
Tis the price i pay for enjoyment
Thank god we didn't put GTA IV in the list then we would of been just a nother site that got sucked into the hype.. It is a good game but once your half way through it gets tedious and once you find out a few things about the story you get put off it..
i know i did and so i had to force myself to finish it.
LBP no one had a chance to play the game unfortunately. Fable 2 ehh no staff on the site have spoken highly of it i know i don't it's nothing special, the whole...
would of loved to put it on the list mate but unfortunately none of us had played the game at all i knwo it's a shame but with the whole crisis of money and such over the past few months..
Just not enough time and cash to get the game.. i rely on my brother to buy PS3 games as i own the 360 and he owns the PS3. But i've heard good things about LBP that's for sure
That's correct mate almost all the staff over at OXCGN have been privileged to enjoy the experience that MGS4 had to offer and thoroughly loved it all the way till the end.
Like we have stated many times before and will continue to do so, we are a site of gamers not fanboy's we appreciate every console for what they offer and look at them all pretty much equally.
It's one of the few titles that really shines on the console and while the PS3 may not have the same am...
i watched the trailer for it oon the NXE marketplace and was interested by it..
It looks like a title that any casual gamer could just come home from a hard day or night at work sit down and enjoy so fun.
wow i thought this game got pushed back to early 2009 but now it's being released in the next day and such..
What rock was i living under.. :/ lol
Gave it another play through last night ans it is growing even more on me now..
Worst part would have to be Shanty Town where you co=op jump your ally to the building across the street and there are at least 5-7 enemies after her..
Ammo was scarce and bam she got killed.. hearing her call for help and to cover her back by killing the enemies really helps to throw you into the moment.
wow pretty abysmal score.. then again all i want is a new Amped now boy was that game fun on the PS2 loved it..
Why must a separate story be created for each gaming characters ass?...
Just plain dumb if you ask me
The ammo is still scarce in this game mate if that's what you wanted to know. There are heaps of enemies that run at you but it isn't the dark and gloomy RE that i feel many have come to love.
As the sun shines bright throughout the game so you can see where enemies are, but the tight claustrophobic alley ways make for a very good setting. and maintains that survival element.
To me it's not so much horror just more freaky and weird.
The game does featur...
Yeah i knwo there are many SP gamers out there that mainly play SP and couldn't care for MP this game will not disappoint.
It's not frustrating like AoT with bad ally A.I and such it really does wonders and works well. They heal at the right time and so on..
Only problem is that it does take quite a while to really get the hang of the controls and movement which is a bit of an annoyance but overall im pleased with what Capcom are offering and for gamers liek myself w...
I love the tight claustrophobic alley ways having to scurry away jumping through windows to gain a few seconds to just reload your weapon or change weapon and such...
Yeah the movement is a bit clunky and like i said in time of need you will never always remember to aim and then reload as the enemies are in good numbers every encounter so you will NEED to run and gain a few extra seconds to pull of reload and such.
I got to agree with the first pet peeve i hate failing a jump only to find a treasure chest or item that is worth a lot and so forth..
Whats the point of rewarding those that fail rather than those that don't fail just seems like cheating the good player..
As for the MGS4 pictures guys/gals cmon it's all tongue and cheek humour not to be taken seriously
So many awesome titles there is to choose from but as OZ stated above me Far Cry 2 takes my vote for openness, the unpredictability of the game, the visually compelling sunsets, the level of strategy and the pure joy of just raiding an enemy base at night with a sniper rifles and some molotovs....
The list goes on PoP so far is probably my runner up GOTY as it is everything Assassins Creed should have been.. and i could spend hours just traversing buildings and jumping around.. ...
Love this game! playing it on XBLA brings back all the memories of my child hood gaming on the N64..
One of the best platformers of it's time and glad to see they brought it out so that the newer generation of gamers can experience it..
After playing the demo and having the jiggies rely solely on the use of vehicles it sorta put me off it..
Few that have bought this game have told me that it is actually very good.. and at the cheap price then i guess i could pick it up so might get it for Xmas the wy things are going.. Thank god it was at $99 would of completely put me off buying it...
All i can see from thsi is broadening their market to cater o every gamer and thus reducing the quality of games that they produce from now on..
Money money money moneyy! money.. that's what comes to mind for me.. ive never followed the FF series Sqaure Enix so i honestly would not have a clue how bad/good their games are but going from JRPS in Japan and such and now opening up a Western studio to develop Western RPGs. well helloo..
Looks like one niece piece of machinery.. Not something i'd buy personally but obviously the more techy hard core gamers who love shiny new toys ans such.
