because bootleggers don't even sell hddvd's or bluray,..why?.. because people who can afford to care about blueray or hddvd won't ever go to the inner-city urban area's where the bootleggers are located (usually at a stand inside or around an inner-city carry-out)

most people who purchase a ps2 don't have the financial option of buying a next gen system. (or anything else)
