Why does everyone blame Sony on this one? it'll be the same on XBL. I blame Hulu... and every morons who'll pay for it.
Sales spike are to be expected, but I doubt the 360 will have long run with it's S model.
While I think Link to the Past was better, I do agree that both Lttp and Link's Awakening are better than OoT.
imo, get the first one. It's 20$ everywhere (or less), as the other only had a drop of 10$ from the original price since it came out. I'm waiting for the 2nd to be cheap before buying it.
It's a very fun game, some cheap parts, some genuinely hard.
"I think Microsoft would giggle like a little schoolgirl if Sony decided to make a Sony Kinect. "
is this Jeopardy? ok, I'll try to answer that:
What is the PSEye?
I thought the "frustrated brother" punchline was great. Although, the other one was meh. But I think the commercial does not have the same audience target as the Kevin Butler ads.
paying additional $ for playing a game is pretty stupid if you ask me. Yes, I do have a low opinion of all the millions of WoW players.
Sony was pondering which route to take, monthly fees, or microtransactions. Seems like I'm not interested in this title anymore.
I hope for those who're still interested that the game will retail for less than 39.99$
I might be wrong, but I think it was told during E3, by MS, that kinect can recognize 4 players at a time, but can only interact with 2 players.
I hope they bundle one with the move controller.... I hate myself for wanting one, but I can actually see a very good use of it in this game particularly.
Whatever, LBP2 is a day one buy for me.
probably, since the game was supposed to be free, then 10$....
@ DarkSniper
I agree with you, but I think that kinect will sell alot due to all the promises MS made. Although, I also expect alot of returns and order cancellation in the first weeks.
Is LaChance really using fake things to strenghten his statement?
look at the forums posts about kinect on amazon. Most people pre-order but don't know what they order in the first place.
me too. I'm not keen on motion tracking devices, but I think the wand itself would be useful in LBP2, like a mouse I'll be able to use from the couch...
It might make my life easier... but I'll wait for both products (wand + LBP2) to see some user reviews.
of course. in 2009 it was "wait 'til you see NATAL! it will own"
this year was "wait for the NATAL conference, it'll own!"
then
"that was just prep stuff, wait for the MS conference"
then
"wait for it to be released..."
and those same people used to call the PS3 a delaystation....
what a mature response /s
@Lifendz
People with thick accents will hate those voice commands
just an FYI to bigwheelstuntshow...
Some people have their 360 on the floor. These people may play kinect. while jumping, the floor might make the console move, thus killing games.
It's still a design flaw, and it's not the SDF who points this out, only weary consumers.
@Evil: Yeah, forgot about that, but do you really think the casual will do that? Some, not all.
seems like you got your wish
knightdarkbox, instead of giving you a deseved bashing, I'd say by your comment that you never played it. "looks very boring"... How about you try it first...
