I like game pass. Can't see how it is sustainable, but I like it. I will enjoy while it lasts.
8 was my entry back in 98. Always held a special place in my heart. I know most feel it's a fairly weak entry in the series but I love it.
That's kind of a bummer. Finally have a pc that would run it with ALL the bells and whistles. Was curious what it looked like with Ray tracing. I have cyberpunk and the visual differences are noticeable, but it runs like shit. My computer crushes the required specs. Think it's just still poorly optimized. Anyone have a suggestion for a game that has good Ray tracing implementation?
I would like to see resi 1 remake in the style of 2make. I know remake1 is still very good and playable. 2make just resonated with me. Spencer mansion seems like it would be a great setting for that type of gameplay.
I remember when bioware set the foundation for the best star wars game.... kotor 2. Buggy broken mess on release, yeah, a ton of heart and great writing. Obsidian has some huge talent in the writing room.
I'm glad I read most of the books after witcher 2 and before 3. It made the search for Ciri and the moments with her hit harder. Great game.
Why? Neither of the games had anything remotely happy as an ending and they were both stronger for it.
Looking forward to this closing or dying. The... spirited debates... have been entertaining but its getting old. I'm eager to see what the next big scandal turns out to be.
I remember before the game was released and after the big leak I was seeing a bunch of hate that they forced you to play as a Trans women. Then It turned out she was a just a burly straight white girl. That whole situation made me chuckle.
I really like both games. I think elden ring is the better of the two, but Harry Potter is a powerhouse IP. Not surprised that a decent game in the setting would sell like crazy.
Yeah, im not sure what they can do about it, but the combat controls are clunky when it comes to using spell synergies and managing cooldowns. Game is fun as hell but there are some hurdles in the combat that I keep hooking my foot on. All of the non combat utility spells should have been mapped to a radial menu or something.
I'm having fun with it.
Problem is easily solved by adding an age gated toggle and setting it to off by default. I mean kids shouldn't be playing this game anyway so...
Add an age gated toggle and st it toffee by default. Problem solved.
Too bad there is not as many pc exclusives these days. Ya know, now that I actually have one. Growing up in the 90s all wanted was those sweet pc rpgs. Now that I'm old and have money I don't get to lord over the console players like they could in the good ol days.
Best? It's very good, but world is more my style.
Was exactly my thought.
I guess. Until you see the inside and realize they are all the same. At least as far as visual design goes. BotW is a great scaffolding. They should blend what they did with in BotW with some of the old zelda DNA. I miss the special items. Not sure how they would work in a game in which you can tackle any dungeon in any order... but damn I miss them anyway.
Wonder how many more microtransactions this will sell.
I've bought every Sony game release on pc. Well, except TLOU. I'll buy that when the performance is fixed. They have been mostly steller. Days gone was great on pc. I played through the jank on ps4 because I enjoyed the game, but the pc port was a revelation. I'm looking forward to more.
