No gameplay shown, but big reveal it will now be available in 2 more languages - 2 forms of Chinese. So psyched to have 2 more language choices.
Great feature, it is more of a slow flow than I first thought it would be, but I say keep it coming.
My kids 7 & 12 love this game and love Lego games in general. I think the scores are going down because the core mechanics are always the same and the reviewers are looking for more ingenuity and variety.
I think they are taking advantage of the hardcore gamer that gets pumped for a new game in a franchise they love. At any rate, they shouldn't sell the pass at all until they provide full details on the planned content.
I think it is crazy to pay $40-$50 and not know A) what you are buying B) when it is coming out and C) if it looks at all worth the purchase. This is happening with all major games and the content is not released until 6+ months out. I also think some developers change their minds about what the pass actually includes and decide to make maps free to all, etc. devaluing the season pass altogether. Hence, I never buy a season pass in advance, and rarely thereafter.
It does not matter what ant adult reviewer scores these Lego games. Your kids will love this game, plus they may actually play it co-op!
The reviewer is too kind. They did get it - cons - repetitive, levels drag on. This is a boring game, that adds nothng to gaming. There are hundreds of better options out there.
Agree. We buy $300-$500 consoles every 4-5 years because it is the best value. If you drop $1,000+ every 1-2 years on a gaming PC with the latest hardware it SHOULD produce better graphics.
Outside of GoW2, not so much.
I wasn't sold on the Beta. Loved the 1st one and am L100, but the gameplay was not as smooth or polished in Beta stage. Plan to try final version on EA Access before buying.
Gears 2 is the only 1 of these worthy of my hardrive.
Yes, I will consider buying when all are released (if worthwhile) and discounted by 25% or more. I really do like this game, I hit L50 recently, but it is sorely lacking maps and variety.
I agree with several above, need HD screen and it needs ro support more than 1 Wii U gamepad, at least 2.
Fun from my experience with the trial. I will wait and see if they get the server issue fixed before buying. The issue is that when you exit the server, the server has a high chance of being full on your next login and you will have to start over.
Really glad to see the return of the Achievements leaderboard. That had become a real competition between my son and myself.
Save yourself the download time and do something else, trust me.
Absolutely terrible. Repetitive as h*ll, bland graphics. No local coop, no online social. Play Castle Crashers instead!
An amazing game that was released with no marketing and the same day as Fallout 4. Currently playing, finished TR DE this summer. Rise of the TR is a great game just like TR DE. This game will end up selling well over time, but at discounted prices, equals less money to the developer. Next time, advertise and pick a better release date!
The only way I would buy this is if you don't own a Wii U to play the original game. Looks bad on both to me.
Day One if this is true! I travel for work and take my 3DS right now. I always think how I would love to take my Xbox One, but it is way too bulky. Sounds like NX will be lightweight and should have great 3rd party support.
