Not enough content for $60. 8 hours of disjointed campaign, plus multiplayer. Reminded me of Borderlands, crossed with Destiny (with much less content) and Smite multiplayer elements. Wait a few weeks and pick it up at a reduced price if you want to buy it.
Totally disagree with you, the Xbox One has been a great console with great exclusives. PS4 although more powerful has a lacking games lineup to IMO.
35 minute wait to get on a server? wth
Everyone that I know owns an Xbox One and prefers its exclusives. If I owned a PS4 I would be completely dissatisfied as the games I want to play are on Xbox. Your entitled to your opinion, but your wrong on the lack of variety on Xbox.
If it has improved performance specs and is smaller, I will trade in my Day One Edition and buy one. I love my Xbox One and MS exclusives and play pretty heavily. I have no issue buying upgraded consoles every 2-3 years, I actually welcome it.
I agree with you, the multiplayer aspect of GoW does nothing for me. Shotguns get 90% of the kills, the rest are from weapon drops/pick ups and it takes multiple dead on shots to get a kill. The multiplayer is relatively unchanged from GoWUE. I do love the campaign in these games and will eventually pick this up for that alone.
I play on Xbox One and I would gladly buy an upgradedversion, once I talk my wife into letting me do it. :-)
HDTV's get updated every year, consumers buy them. iPad's and Smartphones, consumers jump on new ones. Why should game consoles be any different? You aren't forced to upgrade, it is a choice. I say bring it on!
That would be an amazing month!
About 50/50 here.
I just read an article starting that remastered Wii U games are in development for NX. If true, that is an absolute BS plan. The games work great on Wii U already, I would want 100% backwards compatibility. At this point Nintendo games are becoming so formulaic that I see no reason at all to buy new versions of the same games.
None.
Nothing to see hear, move along.
Based on the reviews, I will definitely pick this up.
These don't show up on the US site on sale.
Miitomo cannot even be used by its target audience. My daughter who is 7 wanted to try it out, but we cannot link to her Nintendo account due to age restrictions. The same will go for my 12 year old son. This is really poorly thought out as younger children would be the most likely to use this app.
I like lots of genres but time is limited. Currently into games with 10-12 hour campaigns or online shooters. There are some amazing open world games, I own many of them, but I lack the 60-100 hours to complete them.
Let's just focus on 360 games for now, I have a pile I would like to be able to play on Xbox One.
Party play with the kids or friends is solid fun. For an inexpensive add on its great, definitely would not hold up as a complete game.
Snap, awesome!
