Makes sense, casuals will usually just buy one or a combination of madden, fifa, 2k, and cod and they're good for the whole year lol.

Waiting for sales and just being content with my backlog is what I need more than ever and I am glad for it lol (I put off my backlog too long and often).

What these games need are remasters and to modern platforms. They're all unfortunately stuck on the 360.
Well they don't know hot to make a sequel so I guess a remake would be your best bet, even if they screw up, the original is still there untouched ofc. I still wonder wtf 343i is even doing anymore lol.
Lets go back to UE4, still has great visuals and games can actually run well.
Will most likely run varying 720-1080p at 20-30fps medium graphical settings. Game runs real iffy on ps5 and even the best pc hardware.
UE5 really needs a refresh.

This is something I wish all gachas did. All characters free and only require missions (that are reasonable to finish) if needed to unlock. The only payment needed is cosmetics which is my most preferred method for a free to play, any gameplay affecting content is free.

I did quite like the matchmaking in the beta, a variety of skill levels unlike the rediculous sweat lobbies in cod. I hope it stays this way for post launch, not trying to break controllers every match I play lol.
Sbmm should really only stay in ranked lobbies for the hardcore. Matching completely random players in the lobby and then balance skill levels from there is the best imo.
This does somewhat instill fear on hackers/modders and Nintendo does get money out of it. Ofc though, there will always be others to take their place and ways to cheat any new systems set in place.
Shame telltales fallen so badly to where it is now. Such an amazing studio back then.
Seriously though, devs of former well known studios need to stop trying to make big ambitious games of AAA budget. And apparently this game was $500mil to make. Making a new team/studio means new members. New developers need to start off small and slow, work their way up, be able to work with and trust eachother, build the team and gain experience to be able to make monstrous projects. Game development is insanely difficult, the devs that can make AAA games have been around for very long, gen...

As for 3rd party, I'm hoping fvii remake part 3 or kh4 news. That new square rumored game that may be drakengard. I think Halo will also finally make it's way to PS seeing as forza did so well. AC4 remake pleeaseee. RE 5 or Code Veronica remakes.

I'd say that'd be the most likely. But then again sandfall could always use the other. What's crazy is that they made both ends so open ended as well, it could go either way. Such magnificence to both and not just one of the endings...
