Kinda sort of unless you're a nintendo first party game. With how big gaming is now, it only makes sense to get your games to as many platforms. Many exclusives are only for a time frame deal now.

They're the least liked cod dev as well lol. And I thought 343 was still working on halo, but just rebranded.

I got sick of it in the beta lol

And they've done a great job at pc ports, something other AAA companies still need to work on improving. Leaves me with minimal hesitation on getting their PC releases.

I think veterens should just form an indie studio instead of going all out AAA on their first game in a AAA studio they formed. The thing is, is that they have little to no experience with working with eachother which leads to issues like heads butting into eachother, long dev time, excess costs etc and that's why so many of these projects/studios fail. Oh and why netflix?

I think the deck still has a good 2+ years left until a successor is somewhat needed. If you really want an upgrade, then there are plenty of windows handhelds that upgrade every year.

With more powerful hardware, comes many costs like higher draw power meaning bigger battery, bigger fans, higher temps, weight increase, price increase etc for a portable machine. Chips for portable devices do become more efficient but at very small improvements. So valve is right in waiting ...

Man imagine a new killzone though.

I need a barebones no abilities mode, then I will come back.

Stuttering idk why has just always been such a problem on so many games on pc especially UE games. Many devs really just don't care enough unfortunately.

Sad reality. So if one day Steam shuts down, so does all of your library and for many people, hundreds of games and thousands of money spent.

Idk what sony is thinking

It'll bring some players but I doubt it'll last long even f2p. Ppl that bought the game said it was mid.

What a mess. I still can't believe Mcsft still wants em to head the development of halo still. If their next halo fails, mcsft really needs to axe them.

the first game's campaign was horribly unfinished after all lol

Says up to 144hz but will it also mean 60+fps?
Edit: Trailer is in 60fps so it looks like it. Hopefully optimized and without too many bugs at launch.

Halo really needs a refresh. With how much trouble they had with slip, UE seems to be the right choice. Well, time will tell how new halo does I guess. They really need to come out with a great campaign. I still wish all of 343 would just get the axe and mcsft give the game to a completely new studio.

Tsushima mitigated this with exploration and beautiful landscapes. Although yes, sidequests and activities were quite repetitive, comes with being an open world. The character sidequests were interesting though as they expand upon your comrades.
