The biggest upgrade of remastered version over original is it loads much faster and the 4K fidelity mode is insanely crisp and pristine.
I already did my part by pre ordered Astro Bot.
Ratchet's being the only kid in the block for too long it's time to introduce new and his old friends into the platform.
Super Mario Odyssey I've played is quite a bit shorter than this without all the collect-a-thon post-game challenges that I don't care about.
I think I finished it in 7-8 hours for main game.
12-15 hours is both lengthy yet also just right amount of length for action platform game like Astro Bot.
Whether this is a success depends on the fans and customers to open their minds and wallets to these types of game from Sony that used to be in abundance back in PS...
It was a game too ambitious for its own good, what we got was a compromised heavily cut down version of what they really wanted to do with it.
There's a sense of too big of empty spaces in the game for no good reason and never get utilized it makes the looked bloated and yet felt unpolished.
Hard to beat the first two games but we'll see.
Infinite and especially Burial at Sea gave a sour taste in my mouth.
I support PS5 because I support physical media and it just nice and comforting to have something that just do one thing really well.
Owning a high-end gaming laptop might sound cool but, its honeymoon phase is very short and right after it made me felt convenient yet cold and hollow, and I obviously don't own any game in my Steam library.
Pirating unfortunately is the only way that I can have some kind of control over my games on PC.
I lost count at how many gam...
Yeah, I used to have a Falcon board 360 and it was cooked itself within two months RROD on me twice then the 3rd time it gave me E74 code took a few months to find someone to finally fixed it for me.
Caused me to miss GTA IV launch and around 4,000 THB of repair cost.
Turned out the guy actually replace the whole board with beefed up cooling so much that the whole console weighs more than Launch model Fat PS3.
It worked fine until AC Adapter crapped out, but holy cr...
Damn that guy at tech4gamers got me good shame on them.
So atm it's only BD-R that affected, good my point still stands in my previous comment got to vote with my wallet and buy their stuff in physical copies.
Same with my Blu-ray Full HD/4K movies purchases.
All digital move is purely for-profit move and complete control of prices and content, you wouldn't be able to get any discounts on games until they said so there's no other choice or wiggle room or alternative. For example, I imported my Japanese physical copy of GT7 for $20 brand new from some random online retailer in Japan and Sony barely discount th...
I'll keep buy their games in physical copies until they called it quits on physical media.
Gaming is about to get a whole lot hollower in the next few years, no place for passionate type to express their love for their hobby other than to rent stuff on subscription service or bought a license to play game but not owning a single game not even have real personal game collection, and we'll play all the games under their watchful eyes in their libraries. ...
Typical execs' excuse, them being such a big publisher they would have to lay off far more than 33 people to ensure they can deliver their ambitious roadmap if we're talking about more streamlining their workflow and cut the excess fat.
This won't help them one bit on their many rumored AC remakes and new AC games.
They're going to make us vomit from too much AC open world bloat and sameness.
I hate all these developers creating a problem.
They could have just made always-online optional like previous Test Drive games, and nobody would have a problem.
Unfortunately, this is the least of their worries.
How many of these games actually have a release date?
Are they going to rushed all of them just to hit the dates?
We don't want every game they released turned into Game Pass GaaS passers because we have to wait at least few months for them to get a bit better.
I don't know why some find it so hard to understand, if they're not ready to show something they won't show it, not in their own event so forget about them attending Gamescom and any of these 3rd party trade shows, why be there got booed when they're have nothing ready to show and spent millions set up shops there?
Let Xbox with their Windows money attend ever since after that showcase, why does we have to be in this narrative of "Sony have to do this and that li...
You don't have to asked them IGN you already owned DF.
Duh.
I'm not into top-down Zelda games but this being release on my birthday I ought to check out or even buy it.
Wished this would be in the Toon Link style not this tiny chibi style.
My quota in September already reached with me pre-ordered Astro Bot.
Just pre-ordered physical copy, and it takes a lot to make me pre-order a game nowadays.
Gotta vote with my wallet.
Few days ago, they were caught doing some IGNorant poll question on youtube asking who won the summer showcase showdown, Sony or Microsoft even though Sony have yet to get do their showcase.
They simply not even tried to hide it anymore now that they have too much power buyout other gaming sites does that remind you of some other company lately who tried pay to win the industry?
They going to need that 2 TB for their CoD probably five of them took 80% of the storage if they're not trying to keep the size down at all at this rate.
At this point, I'll just waiting for Sony's official word.
No more of these rumor crap, you're fine either way if you're already have a PS5.
