As far as I'm concerned (and pretty much have been since the N64 days), if a game's playability is high quality and if it's fun and entertaining enough, graphics can always take a back seat. Sure, there are games out there that have nailed all that AS WELL AS having excellent graphics, but I's still play them if their graphics were sub-par if the game was good enough.
