from my understadning, the benchmark will be 900p/60fps, so isnt that similiar to Halo5 which dips down to 720p.

i would rather have a little less resolution but consistant frames than higher res with shotty frames.
900p at 60frames will look better than 1080p with inconsistent 30fps

ya sorry guys looked over my posts, man not sleeping much due to work makes my brain fuzzy at times, thanks for the corrections. i still bleieve games like Adr1ft and Eve, Robinson and stuff show great potential for psvr. we each have our own. and to you pc vr may win, but not for me as i use my ps4 more than my pc (mainly movie and tv show.... backup)

they (sony and ms) wont release a new console for at least 5 more years. we are year 3 into at least an 8 year cycle, ps3 alone was 10+

1) VR isnt packaged with Hardware. anyone who doesnt have a computer, or ps4 or samsung phone who wants to jump right into VR isnt the audience they are wanting becuase they are impulse buyers without proper knowledge of what it truly is.
2) VR isnt suitable for every type of game, but franchises may not be on VR, but there will be games designed for VR or VR in mind as an option (Racing games, first person shooters)

VR is completely different than 3d tv, ps tv, vita, move or kinect/cortana.
3d tvs are still around, not a huge thing, but their applications are some what limited, same with the other ps accessories and xbox acessories.
VR on the other hand has alot more applications than just gaming. Research and training for doctors and astronauts, movie experiences, travel guides and real estate market.
