Completely agree when it comes to games like Far Cry and the likes, but this game has been in dev for over 10 years now. its a big game that alot of people are hyped about. this event was to annouce the release date and give more info on the game itself. plus its Japan they have a differnet way of looking at things than us. heck you can get a lobster in a vending machine.
i was reading up an article about this, i don't know if its just me being half awake or something else, but have approx 500mb of ram now and 1 gb of ram in the summer seems a little low, now it might be the way they have the UWP set up that it requires less. can someone help me understand that point a little more?

We don't know the specs of these rumors because that is all they are, rumors. What we do know, is that we are at if not past the half way for this Generation, so it would be completely pointless and only damaging to them if they release a more powerful version of a console that was released 3 years ago.

Two different applications, AR will be most likely used in the future for Designing products, on the go switch between set ups and stuff, i could also see performance Garages getting their own taste of AR when they are showing clients the Bumpers, exhaust and such.
VR i will see it mainly used for Training, such as open heart surgery or brain surgery, bomb diffusing and such.

please stop with the PS4.5 stuff. its not happening, most likely just a slim version of ps4, with updated parts that are cheaper to make. (fans and stuff)
Sean has hopes for it, and so do i. im guessing he's finishing the game first before he tackles the VR side of it, so im not suprised they havent mentioned anything. just like im not suprised Sony hasnt mentioned anything about the PS4.5

to be fair, they did begin working on it right after Ghosts, so in the last year people have become too tired of futuristic ware, it may have been too late to scratch everything and start over

MS is throwing their Hail Mary. they are down sales almost if not 2:1. games are running better on PS4 over XB1 because unlike XB1, PS4 was built to play games, just like what Kaneki-Ken stated.
Sony has some huge games coming out this year, not including the release of PSVR which will give Sony one more thing over MS.
why does AAA have to be a part of the situation. i would rather have the "option" of a brand new indie game to help out the devs of those small teams, or a ps2 classic.
heck every 3 months a free ps2 classic would be nice. 4 in a year seems fairs

its a side scrolling Dark souls. you mustn't like the DS games, or have some rose colored glasses over your eyes that tell you only AAA games are worth your time. expand and open your eyes man. some of the best games have been indie (Resogun still has the best support 2 years after it was released)
i've already done my early access review of Paragon, it grabbed me like nX, i cant get into smite for the life of me. the art style doesnt draw me in, the combat is way too fast for me and the aiming is off.
i find that if you dont know what you're doing you get ganked way too fast, while in Paragon, its more accessible.

at least from the videos i've seen the time manipulation seems sort of a... i dont want to say cheat mode, but easy way out. i hope at least later on theres more of a reason to not just stay behind cover and shoot. like example a tank style enemy that can only be hurt if its stuck in a time warp, forcing you to decide where and when to use your abilities

we as gamers need to be objective and subjective when it comes to games we play. if not, games like Unity in its broken launch state would be more apparant than it is. its a balancing act between subjective and objective.
i personally hate Destiny after i was burned at launch by them,thats being subjective. Destiny though, has some of the tightest shooter controls on the market. thats being objective.
