its more the fact his opinion. and thats all it is as there is no evidence of the ps4.5/neo/4k bs. yet its being approved as news which it isnt. any reports should have to be cleared by the reporter before something can get approved. aka if one of us reports that it isnt news and he doesn't change it, it doesnt get approved.

The Tron demo (Rez? or the light disc one?) didn't show any issues with Frame Rate or resolution.
The only issue with the light disc one was the move controller died mid presentation. at least with that we know it wasn't a prescripted scene and actual gameplay. thats more than most companies do now a days,

Flash Memory is far from dead. Samsung just released a 16 tb SSD thats also the worlds smallest. in terms of gaming, the best this we could do would be go flash and digital instead of stick with optical. and optical used mainly for Blue Ray movies and such.
On sony's defense, it is bringing alot of indie games to the table through ps4 and the PSVR is pretty revolutionary when a company can bring a VR HMD to the masses without losing money per headset

not only that, but both other VR Rigs have been littered with bad press about their launch, sony has been as upfront as they can about their plans for it. the Playstation VR Tour is kicking off, plus major Gamestops are going to have a playstation rep and headset for customers to buy before it's even released
