Septic is allowed to speak his mind and by the agrees he has, his point is valid. yes the cars looks amazing, but the track and environments aren't that polished. and yes with this games talked about have PSVR compatability, the visuals may take a hit to make sure they have the refresh rate on par for the HMD. and also with it being a Racing game, if the VR isn't on point, Motion Sickness could spill onto the track day one.

same here for some scene, i had my moments of joy and laughter at some of the scenes. still a great game. better than alot of games of the same caliber
same here, Sam's prison scene felt lifted from Last of Us, in the sense of using a "death" to move the plot. unfortunately we all knew Sam was alive after the Boat scene at the beginning so it took away from that Prison scene...
I can understand aspects that may make people disapointed. While yes Sam was shown in almost all the trailers, the fact that they used him in the opening boat scene only to go back in time and see him "die."

Theres reasons Turn based combat was more prominent back in the day. not as much power and the engines weren't as advanced as we have now. you try making a full fledged action combat sequence compared to Advent childrens combat with only 700mb of space.

Its that with a mixture of pre-orders being built into the budget during development. Hwlp cover the cost during development instead of covering it at the end. Why else would they put pre-order incentives that become available a month after release
While i completely agree that we have entered the hype age in video games. I do remember many times sean has stated exactly what this game is. A big universe. And that it is a game about exploration. This isnt a shooter. This isnt an rpg. Its straightcup exploring. At least in its present build. Who knows what the future will bring.That had been pretty much it minus explaining how it all works.
