Yes expansions in the past didn't cost as much as they do now, but more work is going into the games now than ever before. on top of that, Gaming in general has never been cheaper. im guessing you had no issue buy Super Mario 64 for 80$ which is equivalent to over 120 dollars today.
i think its more to do with DS over Uncharted.

no, i actually love multiplayer games, but a game like that wouldn't have worked with Multiplater, maybe co-op but not team vs team. Because there was no real fight against the werewolves except for QTE how would you have translated that into multiplayer? would there be QTE in mp? if not then people would have wanted those same type of battles in the real game.

Sony wouldnt announce an accessory that works better with a console that doesnt exist. That would be a huge marketing failure if every single on if the psvr owners are lied to and have to buy anither console just to play the vr games properly.
We have proof psvr exists and works well with the ps4. We have no proof of ps4.5/neo/4k/whatever else peoplw will think of next.

The difference is that Sony is only requiring a minimum of 60fps, the hardware does the rest for it. every game on psvr is going to be either 90fps or 120fps

Resolution isnt everytging when it comes to VR.
While the rift dies have 260,000 pixels, its sub pixel count is only 5,184,000. Psvr may only have 1 screen at 1920x1080 but the 3 sub pixels make it have a total sub oixel count of 6,220,800. Giving it 20% more. Which in turn make it looks better and smoother.

the 1920xRGBx1080 screen helps reduce that. out of all the screens, yes the first has a higher resolution, but the screen on the PSVR is of better quality, next to no screen door effect because of the RGB set up, that only Sony has.
