Its because the Xbox one released with less power at a more expensive price.
It was the power at the price some people were bragging about.
That's the difference, power only matters at the beginning of a generation when both/all companies are vying for your dollars on the new tech. 4 years later, boasting about 3rd party games playing better on one of the three consoles released isn't much of a positive point.
