First of all, saying that a game sucks due to the lack of rumble, makes you sound idiotic (not saying you are idiotic, just saying it makes you sound idiotic). Sony intentionally left out CS, to show off the incredible sound capabilities (7.1) and permit you to be further immersed in the gaming experience. If there were CS out of the box, you might bother to appreciate 10 gigs of uncompressed audio.
P.S. Sony is/will be delivering truly cinematic experiences.

seeing that it is online only (meaning you will need the internet to play)having to download it (also requiring the internet)would eliminate someone from buying and wasting their money on the disc but not being able to play due to lack of internet connection. first of all, the only real differences between the 360/xbox controllers and the Dreamcast controllers are:
1.(in the case of the 360's)DC don't have L1&R1
2. the right analog stick is missing on the DCC
3. 360/xbox dont have window for VMU (that was so cool)

This game looks great, but I feel you on the "population...." all they are people in the city screaming and reacting to the action/chaos going on, all the way from screaming and just staring in amazment to response units responding to the people injure from the building you just destroyed during the battle.
