Starting at the 3:15 mark in the video, the guy in the Video states that there are over 100 cars and then he opens the map and you can see that he found 42 cars out of 123 (Stated at 4:24).
Also in the review itself, it states that there are over 100 cars; " You can race any of the 100-plus cars you find in the world, but to upgrade each one you have to complete an event that’s tied to a specific car upgrade."

You have to fill the meter before you can do a chain kill with the touch screen. It will not always be there. Using the touch screen is optional.
Right now, I don't know how well the game will sell. All I know is I will be buying one. If Ubisoft and Sony markets the game right, they will add something about the Vita version to every AC3 commercial.
If they (people, customers) are a fan of the series and have a Vita, there is a chance they will be picking up one. Also, if you are looking into getting a Vita, the white one is the best one to go with and it comes with AC3L.
If you live in the US, why not head to Target and take advantage of the Buy 2 Get 1 free they will have going on that week. I plan on going there because I want to pick up Need for Speed on both the Vita and PS3, Assassin's Creed on PS3 and Vita, Forza Horizon and Ragnarok Odyssey.

I bought all the Collections minus the Infamous and God of War Saga collections. I had every infamous and God of War prior to them being released. They have been great, I just hope Sony doesn't do collections for PS3 games when their next console releases. PS2, another story.
Sony never said all publishers would take part in the Cross-buy feature. They said they were in talks with them to see if they would like to take part, but no promises.
I preorder not because of the chance the game will feature Cross-buy, but with the chance that I would like the game. And I like the game, so, I will be picking up both copies due to the buy 2 get 1 free deal Target will be having next week.

They said on the Playstation Blog, that they are looking into getting a demo out for those to try. I'm in the same boat, I want to try the game and I really like Patapon, so I think I would like this too. The reviews have been good as well.
I don't know if you played the disc version of Dead Space 2 for the PS3, but that game had Dead Space: Extraction on the disc. You had to use the PS3 to download the PSN version off the disc, you still need the disc in the PS3 to.play it though. So, I think that its the same way it will work for the retail Cross-buy.

You just buy the game from the PSN Vita store. You will still pay 20 dollars, but if you ever decided to get a PS3, you can download the PS3 version for free.
As mention by Gravelord, the Vita version needs the retail release more then the PS3.

I remember in NFS:U 1 & 2, where you could lap around other racers 2, maybe 3 time depending on how many laps there were in a specific race. Those were the good old days.
I bought the game day one and fell in love with it. I wish it came to the Vita, even if it was download only. The game is not that long and I don't think it was released on the right console. Not saying the Vita would have sold it any better, but maybe a PS3/Wii U release with cross platform play with It's handheld counterpart and more online functionality.
Great Review, at first I thought the whole review was going to compare Ragnarok to Monster Hunter, but it didnt. Next week looks good for Vita owners and gamers in general.
That white Vita is so beautiful; I want it so badly. AC3L looks like it could be a real contender for handheld/mobile game and get nominated for best Vita game.
That seems the best way to go about making this cross-buy feature work with retail copies. And make sure Sony doesn't lose money, when they could be gaining it with sales of the Vita copy being sold by them or by an authorized retailer.
I wonder, how will this work with used copies of the PS3 version?
The best part is, the US will get a retail release and we get a little more info on how the Cross-buy feature will work on games that are coming to both systems.

There are 123 cars in the game. It seems like there will be cops and robbers DLC coming out for this game, hopefully. They did it with Hot Pursuit.
I plan to support all five Vita games as well. I read somewhere on the PlayStation blog, that Assassin's Creed 3 Liberation will be 35.99. There is a chance I will download it along with Smart As.
