Going to linux for gaming is stupid, less than 1% of computer gamers are on linux over windows for a reason. If you really hate 10 then just go to 8.1 or 7, but going to linux pretty much means you lose the ability to play like over like 75% of games on pc, or dual boot or whatever, but going to linux because "screw microsoft" is just stupid.

Sony owns spiderman though,not marvel, which is why the spiderman game is even happening. Spiderman is the only superhero game they can do without doing what square enix is doing, making a deal with marvel/disney.

okay fair enough, but lets not compare xbox's predicament with windows phone. Xbox would better be compared to with how Samsung is in the phone business. Even if microsoft loses money on hardware, they more than gain it back on software such as xbox live because thats where microsoft and sony really make the big bucks. Something like ouya would better be compared to windows phone. Sony's phone buisness isn't doing much better, and they are still making phones, hell even microsoft ...
Why do people think Xbox is dead because ps4 outsold it. That's not how it works. Should every phone but the iPhone die off because the iPhone outsells it. Should game companies only put games on steam because it has double the people to sell too. It's just not how it works.

The one major advantage i see a pc has over computer gaming is that it doesn't have generations. I can play current gen games like witcher 3 and battlefield 1 or i can play last gen games like fallout 3 or dark souls, or i can play games from the ps2 or xbox like the final fantasy games, not to mention other advantages, such as free online and graphic upgrades. Of course consoles will always have exclusives, but not everyone buys them, i mean uncharted 4, the best selling exclusive this g...

But the switch is weaker than both xbo and ps4, which are both cheaper. Money equals power(most of the time) to a lot of people. Scorpio won't be cheap, but it will still be the strongest console out there, so people are more willing to spend big bucks on it(same with a 4k tv).
And it sold 1.2 million on launch too, thats a really bad decline, but sfv deserves bad sales.
