I literally have no hype for this game, so if it ends up a POS I won't be let down..
Forza 5 car models approached 1 million polys and even GT6 on PS3 car models had cars approaching 500,000 polys, so this is kind of sad news for console users who are planning on getting P-CARS.

It's funny how all these Sony fans act like the shadow res is no big deal, but if Halo: MCC came out with worse shadows than the original games the ponies would never stop hating. So why couldn't Naughty Dog get high res shadows in 60fps on PS4? Especially puzzling being it is just a PS3 remake with slightly upgraded graphics..
GearSkiN- Because even the PS4 has to make compromises to hit 60fps. It's a console thing..
The better console isn't just reliant on hardware power, but also build quality, games, controller, online infrastructure etc. It all comes down to personal preference, such as which controller you prefer, or if you prefer the highest specs. It is subjective, the same with last gen's console war and every console war before that. There's really only one clear winner, and that's the gamers with so many options in hardware and exclusive games between all consoles...
But the Xbox 1 is fully 2/3 as powerful as PS4, that's actually very close considering how advanced graphics are now days. Games are starting to look more similar between the two consoles, look at Wolfenstein, Outlast, Destiny and UFC. These games are achieving almost equal parity, and even more so since the June SDK update for Xbox One. There's no point in arguing that on paper, yes of course the PS4 has an advantage with higher specs. Everyone already knows this. But the actual visu...
No thanks, I'll stick with free PSN on PS3 until the price of current gen consoles comes way down..
But you wouldn't leave all your money/credit card info at a friend's house that had an open back door for said thieves, would you? People trusted Sony with their info, and it was compromised because of poor anti-theft practices. But anyway, Sony would probably go bankrupt if it paid anymore out than it already has in the lawsuit. Hopefully this was a lesson, and they'll keep their consumer's info safer from now on..

This article is pure crap. First of all, the figures on consoles shipped are wrong. Second, the Xbox One is selling at a greater pace than the Xbox360 did at this point last gen. Just another click bait article hyping Sony and proclaiming Micro-doom.

Although I think eventually VR will be mainstream once all the kinks are worked out, it probably won't catch on until the experience is truly immerssive. For instance, when you wave your hands in front of your face, you should also see a virtual representation of your hands/body in game. Also, VR displays need to be ultra HD to be convincing. 960 x 1080 pixels just looks bad in VR.
