I don't think the developer support will completely die out for the new xbox. I think that devs will still release titles on the platform, but exclusive deals with Microsoft will become harder to bring home. The playstation 4 has a soaring approval rating winning over the hearts of gamers.

I can see it now: buy an irrational games developer. 1 dev 20,000. Two devs 35,000. 5 devs 100,000.

Trying to grab developers coming out of a company that size is like trying to slow a tidal wave with a boat. Their henchmen are just going to get run over. These devs have their eyes set on the indie scene.

I think Amazon would do a much better job with future Xbox consoles if they did purchse the division.
I know for sure that Amazon would not force a stupid camera in every box. They also would not have crazy check in ideas sprawling from it. And above all: I would actually buy an xbox without worrying about being screwed anymore.

There is one small problem with this game so far that was barely mentioned in the article... it does not have a single player offline campaign.
I myself have bought Socom confrontation, M.A.G., Warhawk, counter strike G.O., and a few other titles that have no single player offline campaign. Each of these games sold for 40 dollars without a bundled headset in them.
With so many of these other online only games being sold for less why isn't titanfall doing ...
