I think in the interview the comment:
"And then from a games point of view we are the only platform where you can play Halo 3 and Grand Theft Auto IV."
Is worded in an interesting way which I may have misunderstood here but from that comment is he implying that GTAIV is a 360 exclusive like Halo 3. Or is he just saying that if you wanted to play GTAIV and then Halo 3 on the same system you could only do it on a 360?...but if you just wanted to play GTAI...

I think its very sad how some people have to insult other posters and use language like that in order to try and put their view across.
Overrated: I think you need to try and be a bit more adult when posting as I'm sure a lot of people probably get offended by your foul mouthed comments. If you want to use that language and insult people you're on the wrong website mate.
I think that is a very biased view against the Xbox. I suppose it depends on your point of view as to how you look at how well the 3 consoles are doing.
Being a 360 fan I personally see it from a completely different perspective, I see the 360 as being very strong at the moment with many many great games already out for it and also a great line up over the next 2 years. I see the Wii is fast catching up to it which is great for Nintendo fans. I see the PS3 as having an up hill ...
Don't get me wrong any way in which we can help in curing any disease is a massive bonus and I think its a very good idea, for that I respect Sony.
Although that would mean surely that your PS3 would have to be on all the time in order for it to contribute? if so then power consumption would increase quite a lot if all house holds with a PS3 were to do this and aren't we trying to save energy to help the environment?
Just a thought. I imagine it would be more use...
This is my favourite game of 2006, it is truely amazing. It has so much depth and so many things to do in it.

Speedball 2 was also amazing "ICE SCREAM!!!"
One of my favourite games series was Monkey Island 1,2,3 & 4. The first 2 were brilliant.

Like you Simmo I too reside in the UK. I personally think that in order for the PS3 to sell well in UK the price will need to be dropped. as it stands after all the devout fans have purchased theirs the sales will slow down because the average Joe Bloggs consumer probably won't want to part with that much money in order to own one.
I also think that in my opinion Blu Ray in the UK, will only appeal to the hardcore High Def movie fans, for the extra cost it doesn't really offer ...
You would think that a new console which has only been out for a very short while would be totally out selling one which has been out for over a year. I think Sony should take a look at the Wii sales as to what they should be selling.
Being a very happy 360 owner myself I say keep up the stella work MS and Kudos to Nintendo, I tip my hat to thee.
I own an 360 and I think its an excellent games console. does that mean I'm going to cry about the fact that a game is going to come out on PS3? ....nope, sorry to disappoint.

I can understand that there is a bit of a divide between console fans, remember though that competition is good it keeps all the companies on their toes which means we as the consumer get the best.
I live in UK and I personally would never spend £425 on any console, its extortionate, especially not the PS3.
I think perhaps Sony are realising now that they can't sell the PS3 solely on the success of the PS2. They have to actually make an effort.
Yeah thats probably what it is, they're having trouble getting the game to run at the proper speed on the PS3.
Was this the game that Sony were boasting that you could hook up your PSP too and use it as a wing mirror? lol that made me laugh, the worlds most expensive wing mirror....apart from possibly the wing mirror on a Ferrari. How are you supposed to hold the PSP up and play the game with the PS3 controller at the same time?
From reading certain previous news posts I was under the impression that the PS3 was doing ok in Japan, I guess from a games point of view it isn't.
All I can say is Kudos to Nintendo. Its also good to see Gears doing well over there it is an amazing game.
I agree with you Feralpheonix, although I do think that I'm sure the Pope means well in what he is saying but that doesn't mean I agree with it. (and by the way I'm not Catholic). Him saying that violent games are worse when they are directed at children is ridiculous because there are age limits on violent games, movies etc.
I don't think playing video games can cause someone to become violent, they're probably potentially violent already and it may just take playing a game o...
Other games too even though they were given months more development time ended up being just the same or not quite as good as when they came out on 360. Fight Night was one.
Also COD3 runs better on 360. Considering the PS3 costs so much more, you'd expect it to be so much better, perhaps not.

I'm sorry Achira but why is the 360 not future proof? surely it is as future proof as the PS3? Or the Wii for that matter.
I think the Wii was not designed to have the best graphics and be the most powerful console. People won't buy the Wii for its graphics they'll buy it for its great games.
After I played the demo I did think it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be.
Can't wait for Sensible Soccer though. I hope they also release Speedball 2 on XBLA too.
