Heck even if the Ps4 had GTX Titan and a Haswell CPU, most games would run at 30fps to increase graphical detail to the limit. (The Ps3 can run games at 1080p at 60 fps, ala WipeOutHD, Resistance 2.)PC gamers can choose the frame rate, when you increase the frame-rate then the graphical detail will take a slight knock on PC but if you lower it you will notice more graphical detail. Because you cant choose the frame-rate on consoles then devs tend to push graphical details like particle effect...

This looks like the eyepad patent. Except Sony's Eyepad is a peripheral and this seem like a stand-alone product. Not sure which one was filed first. An Xbox handheld would be cool though.

Guys um...Rare has gone extinct. The talented staff (arguably the best of their time) at Rare that made those fantastic games have largely moved on. The heart and soul of the Rare is gone and all that is left are fossil records of the studio. Im not saying that Rare will not be able to make great games again all I am saying is that the Rare we all knew and love just doesn't exist anymore.
