First, it's around 1% of ps4s, the 360 was at one time between 30% and 40%. Also, Sony is replacing these units FOR FREE! Microsoft charged people to replace their red ringed 360s for a long time before admitting it was their fault and doing (some) for free.

most of the glitched vehicles are gone. jets and tanks gone from garage. several (if not all) police vehicles. Tow trucks gone (I believe). no more cloning of vehicles. so back to square one. if you have anything rare left don't sell or delete them. they just became SUPER rare for real this time!

I didn't see the part where they officially announced that this dlc would delay the heist implementation. It's just an assumption. So I still believe the heist are coming when they were originally intended on coming.
