If the Series S is a problem, developers should just start skipping Xbox altogether. It's not like they will get much sales from the Xbox ecosystem anyway, so why bother porting a game there? They won't even touch it unless it's on gamepass and Microsoft's money for gamepass deals has dried up
You would think a game running at 30fps would be visually impressive, but the graphics look like trash. Developers are really starting to get lazy and/or the Xbox Series S is trash and holding devs back.
No, you need shorter releases period, not between grand epics. Grand epics needs to disappear completely, that's not sustainable.
If you want bigger games, you need to go back to simpler visuals instead of trying to improve them. Just because you get better consoles or computers, doesn't mean you should keep pushing the envelop. Graphics need to stop improving and devs need to focus more on all other aspects, like gameplay, story and performance.
You got to love unreliable leakers with absolutely no credibility. There is not a single reliable leak about the PS5 Pro. I mean seriously, they were so sure about the Switch Pro too and guess what? It never happened.
@Cacabunga The sad part about Bend is that I am pretty sure people wanted Days Gone 2, but we're getting an unknown gaas instead. It could end up good like Helldivers 2 or be as bad as Concord, it's a 50/50 chance though.
The Order 1886 sold about 2 millions copies apparently. Not a bomb like you actually think. It didn't set the world on fire, but it probably did alright. Ready at Dawn were planning a sequel before Meta bought them.
I got Astro Bot, Visions of Mana, Metaphor Refantazio and Ys X preordered for this year. Was also lucky to snag an astro bot controller.
Yeah, the Steam Deck is still going to outperform it. Let's not speak about the other handhelds, who all perform better than the steam deck, but have shitty battery life.
The Steam Deck is the system to buy. You can even play most Switch games on it at better performance than the actual Switch can. I hope Switch 2 is quickly emulated.
It should be:
1) Gold/Silver/Crystal
2) Red/Blue/Yellow
3) Ruby/Saphire/Emerald
The rest can be put in any order you want.
"You don’t really own digital games; you only buy a license to access them. As seen with games like The Crew, this right can be taken away at any time without your consent."
It's exactly the same with physical. Physical are now just keys to access a digital copies and yes, they can be taken away at any time too, especially for games like the Crew.
I don't think they'd want to do something so different than GTA5 because it sold so many copies.
However, that employee hasn't worked at Rockstar since 2009, he doesn't know anything about this game and what he says literally has no value.
It was confirmed as fake, it was just an error in the listing.
You also have to realize this is definitely not the last increase. I knew it from the start, it's eventually going to go to something like $50 a month. MS are scummy like that.
A lot of people who buy CoD only buy that game and play it for the entire year. It's actually cheaper to buy it outright if you are a casual who just play that.
You're no the only one. I am very happy with it, there is a lot of games for it. I can't go back to playing games on PS4. Even PS4 games are just better on PS5. The PS4 loading times are so slow, why would anyone still be playing on that machine is beyond me.
@Stanlittle Most of those are not only not coming in 2024, but they're all trash.
Most of this stuff is multiplatform and the things that are console exclusive to Xbox are pretty much all trash, except maybe State of Decay 3, but that's not coming out in 2024 or 2025 lol.
It's another reason games will take longer to develop and cost more money. No thanks, it's eating performance we could use elsewhere.
Pretty sure it's never going to happen. They're not even giving them FFXVI. Square-Enix only seems to give Xbox the scraps.
