I play games for a variety of reasons guy. Some games I play for the story, some for the art direction, some for the world or game environment. Sorry I don't crap on any game that isn't God of war or eldenring.
I enjoyed gotham knights too. It's easily the best story in any of the Arkham games. Gameplay isnt amazing, but its a good game in my opinion
I do like 2018 better. I feel the same way about horizon as well. Forbidden west just didnt grab me like zero dawn.
I can't wait for the insomniac stuff as well as midnight sons. I even like marvels avengers. I'm tired of the movies big time but I waited for 30 years for good super hero games so I am eating good.

Yes I'm aware I can make my own list. I'm also allowed to respond whenever I feel like it. I call out stray because if that game was showing up on best game lists and it was on Xbox all the sony fan boys would be saying " a game about a cat huh, xbox exclusives suck, only cinematic adventure games are good...."

I don't disagree with you that pentiment is niche, but just because some people don't appreciate art doesn't mean the game isn't a masterpiece. If game of the year was based on popularity then Call of duty would win every year.

This is ridiculous. Stray was a good game, but Pentiment and signalis should be on this list before resident evil dlc, last of us remake, and stray. I know games are subjective, but Pentiment was truly wonderful. The writing and art style were incredible.
I'd even say sonic frontiers is better than stray or the other games I mentioned. Also before people come at me with pitch forks and fire, I say better than last of us because it's a remake. The resident evil 2 re...

If you did even the minimum amount of research into his history you'd know better than to pretend he isn't. Literally the only games media people that don't show bias are angry centaur gaming and n4g radio fellas.

I mean look who is behind the game awards. He's the most biased in favor of Sony that lives on planet earth. Also, the game awards should be in January. Certain games never get a chance because the game awards happen before all the games come out. Also, games media rarely ever finish games before their reviews.
Not in the least. The witcher 3 hasn't been pushed onto fridges. And also it had a narrative.
Both are great games for sure. The problem is to games media like Colin Moriarty and Greg Miller, a playstation exclusive is always gonna trump a multiplat game. Always......
My favorite open world game probably. That game is so underrated. People complained about it being too long, but i enjoyed every second I spent in that world.
