Imagine going online to argue about which racing game is better.
Just play the one you like more and move on, I don't get this childish mentality about arguing who has a better toy.
What's the point? To make other people feel bad? How petty.
It's interesting that Tacoboto and GameZenith are in here trying to downplay PS5.
Game Zenith didn't even bother to comment on the Xbox article with the same name, just came in here to trash PS5.
If you don't like PS5 all that much, why do you keep reading and commenting on their articles?
This is the difference between a fan and a fanboy. Fan of a system will celebrate the victories and enjoy the system while a fanboy will feel compelled to t...
Great start, Persona 5 Strikers alone makes this a great month.
Take as much time as you need, the main Final Fantasy entries have mostly been great and varied. Something I can appreciate. 2022 is already going to be a pretty crazy year, if this gets pushed to 2023, I don't consider it to be that much of a deal.
I've been subscribed since day 1, I've looked up the list and we're now at 720 games.
One could argue they have been for a while now.
I'd say that all fanboys are in the same boat, regardless of platform. The worst ones like to pretend they are "neutral" as if other people can't tell.
I try not to get caught up into it, I've found ignoring them does the trick, they can all yell at each other and I'll try to have meaningful conversations about games with like minded people.
You can't say that around the PC gamers. Quick there is still time to edit your post, otherwise they might jump in here and bore you to death with their PC specs.
(Calm down PC gamers, I'm joking it was just a joke, please don't PC spec me.)
This seems like a great way to kick off the year.
Sounds like they may they heard our criticism because we are getting two PS4/PS5 games next month as opposed to the standard one PS5 and two PS4 games.
Looking forward to this being a trend.
I see where you are coming from but you can do both really. I've played games on PS3 and bought new PS5 games this year.
Whenever I hear the "no games" arguement from either side, I just roll my eyes because I know it's coming from the "hardcore gamer" who seems to put a lot more emphasis on the last 2 months of gaming than the last 20 years combined.
I've had more fun with Lost Legacy this year than some of this year'...
You are free to write your own articles covering those topics, the author chose to focus on this particular comparison.
I doubt this site even represents 0.1% of gamers in the world, it's just a vertical slice based on the website's users.
Meaningless article written to create friction between the fanboys. Seems like it worked.
What the hell is a hardcore gamer? Whatever your idea of it is, I want no part of it.
I've played PS3, PS4, PS5, PC and PS Vita games this year, there is nothing wrong with playing older games and if you consider that a bad thing then I feel sorry for you.
@Name Last Name
Some of the early teasers like that are used as a hiring pitch. The same goes for Quantic Dream's Star Wars game. They do it in hopes of sparking interest from developers.
@dumahim
I just meant you know what you're getting. They tend to at least put some effort into them, even though they are misguided at times. The new pitch they have for a live Assassin's Creed game has me concerned though.
I didn't say it, he did. Glad you agree with me though.
We are at a point where there's nothing PS4 can't run from gameplay perspective. PS5 just does things better and faster.
The generational leaps in gameplay have been gone for a while. Like you said, it's all visual and performance based now.
These guys are on an embracing spree.
Dark Horse
DIGIC
Perfect World Entertainment
Shiver Entertainment
Spotfilm Networx
Not just focused on gaming either.
That's a pretty bad take. Judging by your logic, Xbox will never have a true next gen game because every game has to be able to run on the half step Series S.
In no particular order here are the games that I'm looking forward to the most.
Stray
Sifu
God of War: Ragnarok
Horizon: Forbidden West
Elden Ring
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revege
Dead Space (If it makes it into 2022)
What's everyone else excited for?
They are both pretty bad, I used to be a big fan of Ubisoft but they are just heading in a weird direction at the moment and the allegations certainly don't help. Assassin's Creed is like the one constant thing you can rely on and the rest is just a mess.
I miss the days of Rayman, Child of Light, Vandal Hearts.... they used to be such a cool company.
I agree with pretty much everything said. Just to add to that, there is a reason they keep doing this and it's because people continue to buy their games.
It's a complicated issue and I can guarantee you that majority of people that buy Call of Duty don't know what a terrible company they are so until Activision keeps dropping the ball as far as quality goes, nothing will change.
The people that follow gaming news are in the minority compared...
There are so many indie games out each week, I really don't know what you expect at this point.
Next year is already looking strong, Sifu is one of my most anticipated games next year.
