All these people complaining about it being very buggy DO realize there's a day one patch, right? You're not even supposed to be playing it yet, which is why you're getting all the bugs that they (Ubisoft) likely discovered between the time they sent it out to be packaged and release day. They *might* come out next year but I really doubt it. We won't see an announcement until E3, most likely and how often do console get released the same year they're announced? I can't think of any off the top of my head. I imagine we'll have at least one more Christmas (2013) with the PS3 and 360. I know everyone's anxious for next gen but I just don't think it's realistic to expect them next year with no reveal yet.

I love Mass Effect 3. I hate the ending, but those first 30 hours weren't discredited by the last 15 minutes. Sadly I seem to be int he minority of people who were able to look at the game as a whole and judge it by that rather than judge it solely on the ending.

I'll check out co-op on my second playthrough. Not writing it off completely but I can't help but think adding someone else right next to you could easily take away from the horror of the game. It's not as scary when you know that someone's got your back.
I was happy about a week after I beat it.
In the end I think people forget that there was actually a full 30 hour game BEFORE that ending that WAS well made and WAS fun to play. I understand you all wanted better closure, I did too, but it shouldn't discredit the game as a whole. About 98% of it was every bit as fun as ME2, just with more stuff going on.

I like Whedon, I'm a fan of all his shows (even Dollhouse) but he's getting far too much of the credit for this movie. He co-wrote it with Drew Goddard who directed the movie. It was more Goddard's film than Whedon's, he just helped a little on the script but even that wasn't all him. This is as much Joss Whedon's movie as Toy Story is.
His actual name (according to both the credits and IMDB) is Fornicus, Lord of Bondage and Pain and he's a total Pinhead knockoff, but an awesome one.
I don't know about an hour trial of the second game but I know Borderlands 1 is one of the free games for Plus members so in a way it's a full week trial of the second one with some limited features and different characters/guns.

Why? Was it not on par with other missions throughout the game? I didn't think it lacked in quality any more than the missions on Rannoch or Tuchanka. So why is it such a bad DLC?
The complaint I hear the most is "It doesn't change the ending of the game." but you know what? Neither did ANY of the DLC in ME2. It all took place before the suicide mission, but nobody complained there. The game is 30+ hours of awesome with about 10 minutes of shit (the ending)....
Yes that's the ONLY thing. Because this doesn't have hunting in grass, climbing and jumping through threes, hanging people on nooses or navy ship battles. Nope, this is the same as the other AC games, except for that cover system.
You just described a TON of games. So don't point fingers strictly at Ubisoft. They're not the only ones making games with all these features.

Not all bugs are going to be found in the initial testing, only the most obvious ones. The fact that they CONTINUE testing even after they've sent it out to make it as flawless as they can by the time it's out means something to me.
