Luckily, I was able to get a refund for my digital copy. I love Halo, but I will not stand for paying for a game as broken as the MCC. Hopefully it is fixed before the Halo 5 beta starts, as I intend to re buy it once it actually works.
The worst thing that happened to me was falling through a roof, other than that I haven't had any game breaking issues. And it is a beautiful game.

I just attempted to get a refund from MS for my digital purchase of the MCC, I was denied and the lady said that 343 will be giving out some kind of compensation on the 24th. Regardless of what it is, I am selling my X1 for a ps4. I will NOT tolerate being refused a refund for a broken product.

Can someone explain to me how Black Flag can maintain a solid frame rate when you're battling multiple ships while being shot at by a fort in the middle of a storm while dodging water spouts, but Unity drops to 20fps and below when you climb a wall?
