Well this is good news. I was going to be pissed if Crytek decided to release late February or early March.
But alas, I'm sure KZ3 is going to consume my time and I will probably skip Crysis 2.
Its a gen too early for this technology. Still has problems recognizing people, and the only places we see this work is in well lit areas. I'm not racist, but I would love to see if they still have problems getting the tech to recognize darker people.
EDIT: Also, there is a reason why Sony decided not to pursue this tech on a large scale, as I remember in an interview a couple years ago......an eyetoy creator said "its just too limited". Games need buttons, how...

Yeah......Sony is going to go back to DVD's with limited storage, and let the developers compress all the information into 2-3 DVD's. Sony will use an updated BD disc like XL. Why do we have to see these articles on N4G.
....and digital downloads won't be mainstream for the next gen either. Studies have shown most gamers still prefer physical media for full fledged games.
So long as they keep a clan system......I'm happy. Still can't believe MP games like COD or BFBC don't have clan systems. A huge failure with those franchises, and a feature that puts KZ2 above them all.
The game could be identical to the first in terms of graphics and gameplay, and you know what.......still a day one buy for me.
