At least the difference isn't as big as it was in launch where X1 games were 720p. By the end of this year I expect there to be no difference in resolution between the two versions as developers get more familiar.
When DX12 and the cloud release however, I expect most X1 games to be 1080p 60fps no doubt.
@dale
If more games means they're desperate then they can be desperate all they want!

Uncharted doesn't change the fact that the upcoming unannounced bombshells will be incredible
I'm sure many people on here will still complain as they typically do with everything else.
Apparently DragonKnight likes to pretend MS 2013 E3 never happened.
I figured since both are 1080p 60fps.
Most talented devs already understand how to develop for X1. But for the other devs when they get familiar with X1 and put out their second coming games I expect there to be no difference in the versions.
As far as exclusives go, Ryse remains the best looking next-gen title and once Halo 5 comes out and uses DX12, it's game over until Gears of War 4.
8 days playing time and counting. Definitely my favorite FPS in a while. I figure the ones who get bored are the ones who die too much missing the action.
No bogs fu*k ofv
Now this has my curiosity. I can't really guess what they are gonna do since it hasn't been done before. All I know is that it will be a megaton.
I personally enjoy Kinect, and know many others that do so as well. I can't imagine navigating my dashboard without using voice commands and the gestures are nice as well. Games like NFS integrating Kinect made the game much more enjoyable too.
@below
Let me clarify. Going from app to app to game and navigating Netlix with simple voice commands is so convenient that I would hate going back to the traditional method.
Awesome! So many devs praising DX12, you just can't deny the huge leap in performance it will bring.
Can't wait for Halo 5 to come out, it's definitely gonna use DX12 since it's releasing in fall 2015.
He's right.
If Sony manages to even pull half as much content as MS did last E3, I'd be surprised. Let alone be able to beat MS this year.
Constantly changing for the better! I'm glad Phil Spencer is heavily taking into account feedback from fans and acting on it.
@Iain
The Kinect unbundling was the #1 request from people to MS at the time. So when they MS unbundled it, you're saying it had nothing to do with customer feedback? The sales might have contributed to the decision a little, but feedback was the MAIN contribution.
Barely a difference. 108p difference in resolution I wonder if it is even slightly noticeable?
It's simply delusional wishful thinking to even speculate X1 has no future. Very typical though.
So much diversity with X1 exclusives. MS knows how to make every genre look so appealing.
Here's hoping for Halo Wars 2.
I never understood the big deal with the crowds. Does anyone actually pull over to the side and sit there to observe the crowds? What kind of nitpicking is this? As if Turn 10 should've made it 30fps like Driveclub cause the crowds are more important. Lol.
Music to my ears. They already revealed Sunset Overdrive, a $399 SKU, Games with Gold, and Halo 5 Guardians. I can't believe there's more before E3.
Imagine E3. Only God knows what bombshells await gamers on that stage. I never knew MS can win the show before it even began, but it looks like they obviously will.
MS isn't playing around.
Right. http://www.polygon.com/2014...
It's funny you say that cause if I recall Insomniac left Sony for Microsoft cause Sony wanted to own their new IP.
@Mystic
Apparently they did since they're now making an X1 exclusive after a decade and a half of PS exclusives. Sony wanted control over their IP, and MS gave them the...
Spring 2015 sounds about right. This fall we should see Sunset Overdrive, Halo collection, and Forza Horizon 2, which is awesome enough. Then Quantum Break in March.
Good luck to them. Hopefully they are able to get themselves out of this bad situation.
