OT: SO will definitely receive great reviews as Risistance and Spyro did. Those games were very good, but hopefully this game is even better and surprises us as GOTY contender, which I can see happening.
Wow, Titanfall sold a total of 1.7mil on X1 alone. Titanfall domination. There's just no stopping it.
Since both PS4 and X1 are the same price, it all comes down to games. X1 clearly has the edge.
Heavy hitters like Titanfall, Halo, and Gears alone make the average gaming consumer lean toward X1, never mind the dozen other amazing titles.
You can bet come E3 MS will destroy Sony in the games department to ensure their $399 price tag has more value. They already said they have better games, and that's before E3.

Titanfall will be a GOTY contender this year. You're fooling yourself if you think it isn't. Aside from Naughty Dog's games, Playstation doesn't have any GOTY contenders.
They don't listen? What has Phil Spencer been doing since the day he became head? This all in one entertainment system with mandatory kinect was mainly Mattrick's vision. Whereas Phil's vision is much different, and is STRICTLY games first.
Not that they're necessarily "dropping" kinect, they're simply giving you a choice. Kinect is still valuable to Xbox, just not the main focus.

Even though Sony's fans do annoy me at times I truly feel sympathetic towards Kaz and hope PS4 keeps the momentum to bring his pay cut back to normal. It's pretty sad when people get layoffs or salary cuts.
I just don't get how anyone could possibly resist buying an X1 with all these amazing AAAs.
Sunset Overdrive, Halo 5, Quantum Break, Gears of War, Crackdown 3, Fable Legends, Forza horizon, Halo 2 remake, PLUS the unannounced in addition to its already amazing line-up?
I don't think any game system has ever launched with so many top-notch titles before.
Trust me, they improvise whatever MS announces into their conference. PS4 could've been $50-100 cheaper if MS announced X1 was $399. Who knows what else.
This year, Sony might do a price drop if and only if MS does one.

X1 has all the AAA megaton exclusives in addition to the multiplats, is what I'm saying. Where as PS4, it's mostly indies and multiplats.

There's been atleast dozen articles from both developers and MS explaining how DX12 will benefit X1, yet you're still not convinced. Sounds like a serious case of denial.

Only reason Mass Effect went multiplatform was cause it was originally published by MS, but then EA bought Bioware and the publishing rights. How does that scenario apply to this one?
Titanfall was already confirmed by IGN to be a lifetime X1 exclusive as part of an MS deal. The deal wasn't for timed exclusivity, it was for full exclusivity. 4415d ago 45 agree88 disagreeView comment

They're not dropping Kinect, they're simply making it a choice now. However, most people I know love Kinect. It enhances the next-gen experience and it's voice commands and navigation makes it so convenient.
Those that think they don't want Kinect and buy a kinectless SKU will never find out how immersive Kinect makes the X1.
