Ahh, more excuses as to why its $100 more expensive competitor is outselling them. Looking for a quick way out i see. Cause after Sony's insane amount of arrogance this is making them look embarrassed.
Yea, remember last E3? 90% of that was catered to the hardcore. Sony on the other hand...
@below
Don't forget Fable Legends and more unannounced games to come, even though that list alone trumps Sony's with their strong indie library. You can bet Phil Spencer will dominate E3 again when he announces Xbox's many classic franchises along with more new IPs.
@Sas
What a surprise! A cheaper console selling it's more expensive competitor at launch!
@Hicken
Did you forget Microsoft invests greatly in third party exclusives? They will always have the third party advantage as long as they're rich.
Also, PS4 is being sold in 52 countries vs X1's 13 and only has a 1 million lead, and X1 has been outselling PS4 in the U.S. Xbox is doing incredibly well whether you Sony fans like it or not. I just find it funny how you implied that a third party would even think about dropping support for Xbox, keep wi...
@Charlie
X1 sold 3 million in 13 countries, PS4 sold 4.2 million in 53 countries. Go back to school if you think that's anywhere near 2:1.
X1 also outsold PS4 the last reported week in USA.
$30? You do realize Titanfall has broken the record as being the most awarded game to release, and is considered the most anticipated title of 2014 by most, yet we have Sony fans like Maria posting articles like this. Keep trying.
Ps4 numbers are disappointing compared to Xbox considering it's 100 dollars cheaper.
Seems like Sony fans love to forget there's 30 feet tall mechs in Titanfall.
@grizz
X1 easily wins, it doesn't take a genius to figure it out.
Let's compare:
X1 - Halo, Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive, Titanfall, D4, Fable, Project Spark, Black Tusk game
Ps4 - Infamous, The Order, Driveclub
LOL
@Insomnia
Typical Sony fans hyping up sales figures, and then looking stupid when actual results are shown with your 4:1, 16:1 blind fanboyism predictions.
PS4 is barely selling Xbox in a single territory and sold 1 million more globally because it's available in triple more territories. And I love how you all are forgetting it's $100 cheaper, keep trying.
@Hats
Too bad the best looking upcoming next-gen title, Quantum Break, is an Xbox One exclusive. Oh, and Ryse is the best looking game to have released.
Who said there will be AI by default? Obviously this is optional and anybody can easily play the game without AI if they choose to do so. More nitpicking I see.
People who play 6v6 Titanfall all say the game is VERY action-packed, so what's the issue? If it's action packed at 6v6, can you imagine how worse it would play at 9v9 or 12v12?
More Sony fans being first to comment, don't you guys have games to play?
OT: ANYBODY that played Titanfall will say it's an amazing game, which is why it's the most anticipated game of 2014. Meanwhile we have Sony fans who'll never play Titanfall let alone buy an Xbox nitpick the game to death. Maybe if people still thought this was a timed exclusive they wouldn't give two sh**s about player count.
1 example how the Xbox dominates PS4: games
We also don't have to worry about our xbox live going down.
Exactly. 52 countries vs 13 and Sony fans are pretending like a 1 million advantage is such a big deal, but when you look at a single territory like NPD, you see that the numbers are VERY close, even though PS4 is $100 cheaper.
6v6 is perfect considering you're fighting against 30 feet titans. People really expect there to be 12v12 so there can be 8 titans fighting at once? Lol
This is Respawn we're talking about, they know exactly what needs to be done to maximize the richness of multiplayer experience. This player count is just an excuse for Sony fans to try to nitpick the most anticipated game of 2014.
@rits
Keep trying? How about Sony keep trying to keep PSN from going down. MS doesn't even need to try with that, that's how powerful Live is. Xbox as a whole feels like a true next-gen system, truly all in one. The best games, entertainment, navigation, and online experience only on Xbox One.
Titanfall
@Heavy
Ask yourself, is it because PS4 is out of stock? Or is it really because it has no games, especially when compared to its competitor? You don't have to be a fanboy to know the answer, but of course you're all delusional so never mind.
@infected
So? As long as they have the best games, who cares if they're trying to improve the TV experience?
